I have only used it a few times since I got it put together. It wasnt two diffcult to assemble with two people. It would be nice if all of the parts were labeled. Also a little more clear in the instructions. but overall so far i have to well seasoned and ready to go for many meals and treats

It's a beast, but the heat level (it can get Hades hot if you let it) and the surface area are well worth the investment!! Seasoning is a breeze - but do your homework- and the air fryers are a Buffalo wing lover (and I GUESS vegetable lover) awesome feature

I have so much fun cooking on this griddle! Its built very well, the storage drawers are nice. I actually use the air fryers more than i thought i would.

I put this together myself only calling my husband out to help with lifting as you'll need to people for that. If you follow the instructions, and actually read through all of it before you begin, it goes together with ease and you'll understand which way the parts go. I read through some comments that give 1-2 stars. Not knowing how to light the air fryers??? Read tge manual and you'll see the igniter for the burners lights the air fryers as well. This deserves a 5 star and anything less is operator error. And just like preheating your oven or other grills… there is always warm up time involved. Very happy with our Blackstone and intend on using in throughout the winter as well. Smash burgers have been a favorite in the last two weeks we have been using it along with tarot tots or French fries! Breakfast has been awesome! Hash brown Pattie's in the fryer or shredded on the top along with eggs back on sausage and pancakes. We absolutely could not be happier!

I'm actually less than thrilled that I paid as much money as I did for this grill because the cabinet door doesn't fit squarely and we have to lift up on it to open it. We scratched it the night we assembled it just closing the door for the first time. The griddle itself is fine but I chose this one for the storage.

Had been looking for a new grill/ Griddle for cooking out. I have looked at all the others and kept coming back to the Blackstone. I saw this model with the added air fryer and heated bin and decided to get thus one. I absolutely love thin griddle.

I've had the product for two weeks almost, Unfortunately the legs did not fit properly. Blackstone was quick to partially correct the issue and sent out no charge 50% of tge main body. In trying to replace this piece we have not yet been able to get the air fryer apart from the burner section. Several people have attempted to do so but 2 of the 10 screws are too tight. We will keep trying and expect someone will eventually those two loose. Very disappointed and frustrated! This is my 5th Blackstone (3 gifts). I've purchased and I know it will be great once I finally get it together. In full disclosure the replacement piece arrived last night and Blackstone have not had an opportunity to review our current situation.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
