This is by far the most inconsistent cooking device I've ever used. It came to me with a broken fan, so I had to get that replaced. Now it struggles to come up to temp without overheating, so I'm pretty sure the temperature probe is bad. When I use it, there's about an 80% chance it is either going to overheat and shut itself off, or just never get up to temperature.

Horrible quality. Failed on first cook. Got new auger motor after 6 weeks, which was not the problem. Auger screw broken. Talked to support, never received a part. Spot welded auger screw. Used 2 times failed again. Got no support. Wedged auger screw this time real well.

Great grill I got the copper top one over a year ago and single so I didn't need a big one. This is perfect and it has worked great for over a year.

My grand kids went together and bought me one a couple years ago and it lasted almost a year and went out. I tried replacing parts almost every part and still couldn't get it to work again. I am a pretty good fix it man. I did send all parts back and got a refund. I loved my Boss when it was working. I went all summer without any and saw they put it on sale and bought me a new one! Hope i didn't make a mistake but my country style ribs came out great!

Been using this grill for well over a year. No complaints whatsoever. Cooks really hot when you need it or low and slow for that fall off the bone meat. I take my burn plate to the car wash and never had a grease fire. Good product!

I had a copper top version of this grill over time, the drainage system for drippings broke down and the drippings fell to the bottom. We smoked a turkey breast and a brisket in it. Then we turned it up to 450 to grill some steak. The turkey and brisket drippings caught fire in a rather dramatic way. Still here I am replacing it with the same brand.

I received this girl last year as a Christmas present. It is perfect for tailgating. I've had no issues with it whatsoever. I plan on buying a second one so I can double the capacity at our tailgate parties.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
