Grill delivered almost completely assembled. Love the quality of this grill.

Ignition went on my table top unit and the warranty covers an ignition they send that doesn't fit. There's a rubber gasket you can't push it through so if you follow their repair guide it doesn't work. I had to cut the wire and pull each side to get the old one out. It's also nearly impossible to get your hand to where you have to push it in from because it's behind a fixed piece of metal that only your left hand will fit behind. I tried lubrication it didn't work, I tried tying a string and putting my feet on the smoker and pulling the string and it still wouldn't budge through. They sent me a video to fix a model that isn't the table top grill and the pretentious customer service agent said "well I repaired mine" which is pure hearsay given they can't even produce a video of a table top ignition repair. Get any other pellet smoker on the market. I got this as a gift and given the headache both it and the unacceptable responses the customer service team have given me, I'd rather go spend money out of pocket for a pellet grill from any other company so I never have to deal with pit boss ever again. I'll probably end up having to take the entire smoker apart to fix this which is much more than the 10 part instructions that don't account for design flaws and parts not even listed that are in the way. You'll literally break this trying to repair it following their instructions or figuring a work around and I hope they cover those damages too.

Looks nice, have not used it yet. Have other P.B grills and love them.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I have the PBNX portable. And these portables are great when they work. But not even a year into smoking, the auger separated at the weld point. Research online brings me to the conclusion that this is common. It is NOW USELESS. There are no replacement parts to be found for these tabletops anywhere. And customer service is useless when trying to contact Pitt boss. My Traeger after 4 years is going strong with no issues. So, I am at a loss.

I have been using mine for over years now. I have used it for turkey breasts, sausage, chicken thighs, appetizers, and even chicken wings at 450. I find it super convenient when my big smoker is either tied up or over kill for my current needs. My experience has been that it adds a surprising amount of smoke for its size. The temperature is steady and it has been very reliable. I will add that I use it as a smoker and not a grill. And I keep it clean as anyone who owns a smoker should. Grease fires ruin smokers.

The startup and smoke of my first attempt, chicken wings, was a hit! Very fast and very tasty with hickory pellets. Flank steak then pork butt are up next!

Great Smoker with more room than you think! Able to fit a 13/9 pan with ease!

This was a great pellet grill and sidekick to my 4-year-old much larger Traeger, as I don't often need a large pellet grill for just my wife and me. However, not even a year into owning this portable, the auger has already broken and is completely useless. So now I have no pellets being pushed into the burner. I will hope to get information on how to replace the auger as I really enjoyed the grill/smoker while it was serviceable. But definitely dissatisfied at the longevity of the components. Used: 2-3x per month
