Awesome nonstick griddle makes cooking and clean up a breeze! The nonstick is the way to go. It was easy to assemble although the scews for the trays were a little tricky. Very solid and well built!

I've had this griddle for a couple years now, and I love it! The non-stick griddle top is super easy to clean and maintain, and it looks great in my backyard. I would highly recommend it to anyone who (1) appreciates a clean kitchen and (2) cooks for friends and family often.

The whole purpose of the griddle was to be "non stick" or else I'd buy a black stone and I only had the thing for 3 months but coating started to flake off near the grease trap and I have small pitting on the actual cooking areas which causes food to stick now. Tried asking customer support and they told me they didn't warranty the cooking top cause it was a coating that doesn't effect the performance? I don't get it. Its a cool looking unit and works awesome other than that but I think I would of went with black stone.

I've had my griddle for 3 years. The ceramic top is a great concept, but execution? Not so much. My first top failed within a year and Pit Boss replaced it. The coating is now peeling off the second one, which is out of warranty. In addition, the hinges and other joints are rusting. That doesn't bother me as much as the cooktop failure. For the amount of $$ these things cost, I am disappointed it only made it 3 years. I can't use it on it's current condition and won't be replacing it with another Pit Boss.

The overall design is good, but the ceramic cook top is cheap and doesn't last. The coating started coming off after about a year and continues to get worst as the pits increase in size, makes me wonder what kind of health risk it poses. Pit Boss should offer a non ceramic griddle replacement in their catalog. If I had to do over again I would consider other options.

I love this product. I have nothing I would change about it. I was a bit surprised to have some burgers stick to it on the second use, but other then that we have had not issues. Love the grill.

Rarely do you purchase something and when you receive it and assemble the item, does it ever scream quality. I have purchased two items this year that fall into that category. This griddle it top notch and if you are thinking of who to buy from, I say Pit Boss all the way! Thank you for making a QUALITY product!

Got it home. Unpacked it. Read the (detailed) assembly instructions. Put it together. If a 73 yr old woman can do it, so can you. Now, just ready to fire her up....that would be the 5th star

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
