Pit Boss Ultimate Lift Off 4 Burner Propane Griddle - 10782

I loved mine when I got it. It was always garage kept, with the PitBoss cover (additional purchase). After less than 15 uses, the coating had began to lift, and flake off, exposing rust beneath. I contacted PitBoss by chat, sent photos, and within a few weeks, my new top had arrived—honestly, exceptional warranty service there…. When I received the replacement, there were small blemishes, but they weren't in the cooking surface, so no big deal. However, I only used the replacement twice, then put it back in the garage for the winter—when I brought it back out last weekend, I was very disappointed. The replacement top has failed as well. I have meticulously taken care of them, followed best practice, and only used pit boss griddle tools on it. For the price, and with the Pit Boss name, I expected far better. After searching for solutions online, I have found this is an EXTREMELY common problem.

One leg was a little bent and metal was split, had to do a little body work to get things to fit together. 3

This thing is quite awesome the wife got it for christmas and she loves it so easy to clean. Everything you could want in a larger griddle and still able to take it camping

I love the griddle even though I continue to use with the Non Stick Griddle surface deteriorating. I am building it in to my outdoor Kitchen

My experience cooking on the Pitboss Griddle - Absolutely love the Pitboss, the cooking space is a game changer! Love the towel rack and the spot for making a quick garbage spot. Not as easy a clean us as I would like, wish there was more instruction for doing a deep clean to get grease and "use" off. I wouldn't cook on anything else and use it for every meal of the day!

I bought this 4 burner as my first griddle ever and I've been enjoying it almost everyday since I bought it which it's been about 2 weeks!

Very disappointed as the ceramic griddle top failed and rusted after 2 1/2 years. I hadn't used the grill for several months and when I removed the cover and opened the lid I was shocked to see the condition of the griddle top. The grill was religiously taken care of per the maintenance instructions its entire life. Hopefully Pit Boss makes it right.

After 2 years wheels rusted and fell off… top rusted and rust falls into my food on the cooktop after i put pavers and bricks under it. My burner know froze up…Called Pit Boss and they sent out legs but the base is rusted so i have nothing to attach the legs to… its all rusted…. I've sent pics…, they have faced timed me and i've shown them… the response was get some sandpaper and wire brush and remove the metal and paint!!!!!!STAY AWSY!!!

I wish pit boss made a cast iron cook top for the four burner griddle to replace the ceramic one, I really, really wanted to love it but just after a few times of cooking on it I hated it! The food sticks and is harder to clean that my cast iron skillet, I wished I would have gone with a BLACKSTONE griddle instead, Again I wish Pit Boss would make the cast iron griddle plate to replace the ceramic one!
