We have had great success with this griddle until lately we are experiencing the non stick starting to flake off had it for exactly 1 year done about 60 cooks on it and bought all the Pitt boss utensils for it at the same time

Got this as a gift from my shop since we're a dealer for them now. I clean and cook with the top as the manual says as this is my first ceramic griddle. I have t used it in a couple of weeks and the top is blistering and rusting now, unusable. Trying to find a cast iron replacement is extremely difficult and I'm told the top won't be warranted even though I cleaned as manual states and NEVER used metal utensils on it. I'd rather go buy a Blackstone than continue dealing with this.

The grill is not easy to put together and feels cheaply made. I can't get the griddle to reach over 320° no matter how high I turn it up or how long I leave it there.

This item has never worked. There was a manufacturing defect in one of the burners. I don't have hours to spend on getting the burner to fire up. Pit Boss doesn't understand that.

Bought this two years ago contacted them ober a year ago because the flat top began to rust they said they were going to send me out a new flat top still waiting for the top 2 years later. Maybe the boat went down. Anyways grill works okay major Hotspots at top of grill. Burners dont like to start uo easily sometime need a lighter to light. Overall would never buy again unfortunate i lover their smokers but this is a no from me.

I've used blackstones got tired of seasoning often the rust with a bit of rain the food sticking. This pit boss is amazing and high quality! Has a beer opener trash bag holder and a roll of napkin holder also easy to clean!

So far so good only used it once. Set up was easy. cooked my family breakfast with it and can't wait to try it for other things.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
