Very happy. Pitboss griddle is awesome. Customer support is outstanding

I purchased this griddle only 3 months ago and the nonstick coating is already chipping up in the corners of the griddle top. I have only ever used plastic utensils on the grill top. I also cleaned the griddle top according to Pit Boss's instructions and I'm still having this issue. On top of that, they do not make a rolled steel replacement top for this griddle so you're stuck with the nonstick top. The nonstick top also does not perform as advertised. I experienced a lot of sticking and without the ability to use metal utensils, it made clean up a pain. If I was purchasing again I would pass on the gimmick of the nonstick and opt for a standard rolled steel.

I agree with the reviews concerning the ceramic top not holding up with high heat or long-term. Do you have a top that's NOT ceramic as a replacement?

We bought the lift away and were super excited. We put it together and walked around it to discover a large dent running across the back of the lift away part.Calling customer service first thing Monday morning hoping for a good outcome. The other issue is the order towel holder is unusable if you plan on hanging your utensils on the hooks it's one or the other both can not work at the same time.A bad outcome for what should be a usable convenience.

I purchased the 4 Burner Ultimate Griddle 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. It's great to be able to cook multiple things at a time, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns. Making fajitas is a breeze and the clean up, even better.

Have had this for about 5 weeks, and cooked steaks, burgers, hash browns, eggs, & vegies. The cooking heat range is exceptional compared to my old grill. I bought a laser heat gauge to fine tune the exact heat I want, and it works great. The control knobs maintain the exact heat I want. Clean-up is the best part of this griddle. Start to finish less than 10 minutes, including re-oil for next use. The steaks maintain the juice inside, unlike my old grill, where the juice fell through the grills. I wonder if some of the long-term complaints are due to failure to maintain the griddle with oil and after use maintenance. My only complaint is I waited to long to switch from grill to griddle

I purchased the 3 burner griddle almost a year ago. Started noticing a few small flakes in the corner. I called customer service figuring I would get someone that had a hard time speaking English or someone I couldn't understand. Nope. She sounded like she was from down the road. Absolutely no problem getting things cleared up. The part is on back order so I have to wait, but it was almost effortless to get this taken care of. I already have a confirmation email showing the part is on order. I wish I could remember her name, she was fantastic!! Thank you Pitboss, AWESOME customer service!!
