Pit Boss Ultimate Lift Off 3 Burner Propane Griddle - 10781

Bought this griddle about a year ago. We use this griddle 2 or 3 times a month. Started to have issues with the ceramic coating in one area of the top. Contacted customer service and they were excellent to work with. Would highly recommend this griddle. A gentle reminder to absolutely register this when you purchase it.

I bought a 2 burner 3yrs ago,live in fl. And I still love it. Much easier to maintain and cook on than my blackstone. It's an awsome product,in time will purchase 3 burner griddle

I've had my griddle for almost three years and am on my second cooktop. Heat output is good, cleanup is easy, and being able to take it off the stand is nice. However, I can't recommend this because the cooktop rusts, even with proper care and maintenance. The first one started rusting after almost six months of being kept covered on my porch and only using silicone tools. I called Pit Boss about six months after that. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty and that process was pretty painless. Since getting the replacement cooktop, I've kept the griddle even farther away from the elements, cleaned promptly, and never used metal tools. I came out today after a few weeks of not using the griddle to discover rust starting to form. I'd be more understanding if I had abused or physically damaged the surface, but it's awfully fragile for something being touted as armored ceramic that protects from rust.

I bought the 4 burner ceramic griddle in May 2024. I have used it maybe 12 times and the coating has degraded, and rust has appeared. Where the coating has degraded food items now stick with ease. I am hoping PitBoss will make this right.

The lift-off griddle is the perfect on-the go appliance!

It was difficult to only give this griddle 4 stars but it had arrived with damage to three of the stubbly legs. Having experience working with metal, I was able to straighten everything out. I have cooked a few different meals and this setup is fantastic!! I wound up having the temp too high and baked on some oil that made a few things stick. I took the griddle part out , sat it on a trash can and cleaned it with baking soda and vinegar and it came out looking brand new. I am going to have so much fun with this three burner ceramic griddle. How this heavy item is packed would make a huge difference in how it's received! Just saying. Thanks!

Cook tops are horrible, cannot keep the teflon coating on it. Got a warranty top just thinking mine wasn't any good. Same thing happened to the second and now I'm just thinking about taking it to the scrap yard to not have to pawn this junk on someone else

When I cook on it all oil and liquid runs to the far ends. Put a level in it and it has a rather large hump in the middle. It cooks good and would like it except having to fight to keep oil in the middle of the griddle.

We are so frustrated!! Everything tastes like plastic and isn't edible. We have cleaned it, cooked on it a dozen times and are about the throw this thing in the trash. I love everything about it besides we can't actually eat the food we cook on it.

After watching friends (with the most common known brand griddle) season, cook, eat, then spend 30 mins cleaning, seasoning, cooling down, then putting away I was not impressed. I'd like to relax after I eat. I cook, move the grease to the trap. Eat. Then one rinse of water. One rinse of soapy water. Done. Easy peasy Japanesy.
