Please prepare to pay for sealants for smoke leakage along the seams of your Longhorn offset. Also, the smoke stack mod and baffles, as the temps are all over the place without them. I am a newbie with the offset, but purchasing the Longhorn as my first offset was a joy because reviews stated it was a great entry level offset. I didn't like the idea of having to do all of these mods. Why wouldn't it be better that the company had the most important mods and charge a little more. My Oklahoma Joe badge was broken off during shipping. I am still awaiting the company to reach out to me, but this seems to be a common problem.

I have had this grill for 10 years now the only thing that has any issues are the fire greats the barrel is a bit thinner now

I've had mine for 5 years. I've had numerous smokers. And old Joe works like a champ. I oil down the inside with juices from smokin brisket,ribs ,chicken. And still holding strong. Grilling or smoking. Love this bad boy !!!!!!!

Just got the Longhorn offset smoker just before Christmas. I LOVE THIS SMOKER !! I'm a really great grilling over direct heat and used grills, this smoker was easy to assemble. However, do what the instructions say and get some help!!! I'm was able to get it together by myself, but I'm in fairly good shape. I smoked 4 full racks of ribs on it very easily. The dampers are very easy to work. I truly recommend this product for a beginner or anyone who loves smoking meats.

I've had 40 or more smokers & pits over the years. The first two cooks on the Longhorn went fine. The smoker arrived in good shape, packaged well and easy to put together if you have another hand. The reverse feature is new for me and I'm really enjoumyong it.

I bought my longhorn new about 8 years ago. I have learned all of my skills on it I have tried a few other offsets but the long horn has been old faithful. My only complaint is I installed the lid handle upside down which is no fault at the company I was just excited when I got it home. And I have yet to fix it. Just as long as you keep misted with a cooking oil spray or covered when not in use it'll last a long time. However I would like to purchase a new firebox for mine it's a little worn and the vent slide has seized. Keep in mind this unit is almost a decade old and I didn't really know what I was doing in the beginning and it was neglected… all in all I highly recommend and would buy again. I

I've had this Smoker just over a Year now...Works Great...takes some Figureing out to Control Temps..but once you get it...it's all Good.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
