My wife got me the Bandera as a Father's Day gift. I will say that this is the most used father's day gift I have ever gotten, and I've been a dad for 18 years. I retire from active duty Air Force in 2 years; I may hand found my next thing.

Second time and still learning the ropes. Smoked a pork with a simple dry rub and Sriracha sauce. Also two whole chickens stuffed with fresh herbs and a black pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder rub. Smoked all together in a hickory and apple wood chunks smoke bath. Everything turned out excellent taste and juicy. Thanks for the Sriracha sauce recipe Joe.

I bought this for my husband and going from grilling to smoking has been a learning curve, but the finished product has been fantastic!! Had to add some gasket to the cabinet door and once we had our lump charcoal/log ratio figure out it has been awesome!!

It's great. Followed the instructions had it put together in about an hour. Oiled her up and did the burn as directed. I've had it about 2 months 3 Briskets 4 Racks Ribs 2 Pork Butts and 50 Chicken Wings. I'm happy.

Exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for an offset charcoal smoker with a vertical smoke chamber I doubt you could find one better for the price. The ease of assembly certainly didn't hurt my opinion of the product either.

Only one cook on it so far. Good construction but needs to be sealed well before use. Oklahoma Joe gasket material (purchased separately) would not stay on fire box during cook.

Got mine four years ago and still very happy with it. Shortly after getting it I installed Lava Rock fiber gaskets to the smoke chamber door and fire box lid. Silicone around bolts and where the boxes come together. Even with a cover have had to sand and repaint top of lid to firebox from rust. Now I am losing layers from the inside of the lid. Had to replace the nut from the smoke box door handle with a seize nut, kept coming loose. Made a stainless steel charcoal basket that works just great. Installed a silicone grommet for my Bluetooth Thermometer probes. First cover crystalized real quick, a year or so but the new one look almost new still, well except for the label is getting faded.

Bought this smoker because the old Oklahoma Joe's were built great, sadly that's not the case anymore. Door does not seal well at all, almost everything is bolted not welded, and you can not shut the fire box down completely. This smoker does not hold a candle to the same style smoker they used to build.

Works great. Assembly was easy even by myself. This thing is heavy holds heat well. Iv used this thing 3 times a week since i got it. Only complaint is the rib hangers are very difficult to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
