Oklahoma Joe's Marshal Centerbox Smoker - 23202164

First of all it's heavy so build it near where you're going to store the grill if it requires you to go up a set of stairs to a patio or deck. Took me about an hour to put together and was very simple to follow the instructions. One thing I did was use a high heat spray on the bolts to make sure no extra smokes is leaving out any holes it shouldn't. After doing so I've cooked chicken thighs and ribs for my 1st 2 cooks and both were absolutely fantastic! The temperature control works very well and once I reached to cooking temp I needed it held perfectly throughout the entire cook. SO much cooking space makes it perfect for me when I grill for my family of 12 every other Sunday! Clean up is also extremely simple. I saw a few reviews complaining about that but it's really not a big deal whatsoever

We absolutely love this smoker. It's really big, a lot bigger than I expected but it's okay. Took husband about 3 hours to put together and warning it is very heavy too, 264 pounds. It works really good. The cover fits it perfectly.

I have wanted a smoker foe years and I am so happy I got the Oklahoma Joe's Marshall Centerbox Smoker! This smoker is a game changer!! It is super high quality with sturdy pieces. The wheels are nice big rubber wheels not small cheap plastic ones. My husband pretty much assembled this himself in about 2 hours with me helping occasionally with holding something and lifting into upright position after the legs and wheels were assembled. It came with easy to follow instructions and was easy to assemble. We seasoned it and then we were ready to smoke! I was SO excited. We did a Boston Butt first and it turned out amazingly well especially for our very first cook! The dual temperature gages definitely helped to watch the meat without having to open the lid. It has 2 smoke stacks and also other air vents to make it easy to adjust the heat and smoke. Very little (if any at all) smoke comes out of where the lid comes down. The removable basket at the bottom makes for a super easy clean up. Like I said we did a Boston Butt first and since then we have done chicken, salmon and even vegetables. It is absolutely amazing! I meal prep with the meat we cook. This smoker can also be used as a regular charcoal grill so you know we had to make hamburgers and hotdogs. Ladies and gentlemen I can not say enough good things about this smoker. I can not wait to smoke a whole turkey for Thanksgiving!! My favorite so far was prime rib. We invited friends over and everyone was raving about the food and so envious of our cooker. They could not stop talking about it. I could go on and on but all you need to really know is I would recommend this to anyone!! My husband and I have never owned a smoker and it has not disappointed.

I've used this product for both smoking and grilling and loved the performance for both. When smoking, I felt it was much easier to control the heat using the dampers than with a traditional offset that I have used in the past. Clean up was also much easier. I've done ribs and a butt so far with excellent results. After 6 hours, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a great smoke flavor. After 11 hours, the butt was tender, easy to shred with a awesome smoke ring. Grilling steaks over charcoal was everything I hoped for. The only reason I did not give it five stars was for a few little things. 1) the bottom fuel bin is a little hard to get in and out, especially when it is time to add wood chips and you are wear gloves because of the heat. It hangs up a little. (I used tongs to insert the chips, but that was a little tedious. The second is the instructions. They do a great job explaining how to put the smoker together, but leave out how to use a couple features.... specifically the sliding opening on the bottom of the fire chamber (cleaning?) and the hooks on the back of the smoker. (I assume for hanging the grates?

This smoker is just "wow!" Takes a little bit of work to put together but the instructions make it simple! This baby is huge and lots of memories will be made. The meat tastes so good. Well made smoker, this company takes pride in its work!

This smoker smokes meats really well. I've smoked on it a few times now and everything has came out perfect to my liking. It took me a couple of hours to put together, but the directions were pretty simple to follow. It is very heavy, so the rubber tires do help a lot with that when having to move it around. The material is thick and be sure to last for several years to come. I definitely recommend this product and brand.

My husband has always wanted a smoker and decided to get this one for an early Father's Day gift. It took him about two and a half, maybe three hours to assemble it (but kids wanted to help, so it took extra time). It had clear and easy-to-follow instructions to build it. This thing is HUGE and heavy-duty! It is really built solid. We were excited to be able to smoke so much at once, especially since we have a large family when we are all together. Everything came out better than expected when smoking a few meats. The only thing is, there seems to be quite a bit of smoke that comes out at the seams of the front - like it doesn't seal all the way. Other than that, this smoker is fantastic! It is just what was needed - a large cooking area, easy to assemble, and has side racks. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I are grilling and barbecue enthusiasts. We spend a big part of our time grilling/smoking in our backyard almost all year round. We love to invite friends and family over for weekend BBQ's so having the highest quality smoker is important. This Oklahoma Joe's Marshal Centerbox Smoker has not disappointed! It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband and I put this smoker together in just over an hour. This is a very heavy-duty smoker with a solid construction. The wagon wheels with rubber treads make it easy to move around. It has some great features such as two temperature gauges, two smokestacks, two side shelves, towel bar with hooks for tools. I am really impressed with the cast iron grates and fire basket that holds up to 17 lbs of charcoal or wood. We have used this smoker a few times already grilling steaks and burgers as well as smoking a brisket. It does an excellent job grilling and smoking meats. There is plenty of grill space and I really love how evenly heat and smoke are distributed. With the removable ashtray, clean up is a breeze too!
