Was very excited to finally own a reverse flow smoker. Love the all inclusive idea. The pans have drip holes that are too small and the paint peeled off the fire box on the second use. Steel thickness is just OK

I have been grilling for a long time, but this my first time smoking food and I must say this is very easy and rewarding. Don't let the sound smoking scare you, all you have to remember is "long and slow", you cannot rush food on a smoker. As for my Highland reverse smoker I picked the right one for me, it did a wonderful job on my first attempt. I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship with her.

Great smoker, easy to use and assemble, keeps steady temps. I had the same issue many others have noted where paint on the firebox and firebox lid peeled off after the first use. Hopefully Char-Broil will take notice and provide a resolution to the manufacturing/QA problem.

I just received my new Reverse Smoker Grill. I just wanted to say that the assembly instructions were outstanding. Very well written and very easy to install. I understand that you had portions for two people to install. I did not have any help and it all went very well. Thank you for the well informed and easy to use instructions. Now for the grill!!! I absolutely love the grill. This is exactly what I have been looking for. I had a competitors grill in the past and it was completely set up wrong. This grill set up with the reverse smoking is absolutely amazing. The heavy construction will for sure last me the rest of my life. Food has turned out wonderful. Thank you for such a great engineered and high quality built smoker. I will for sure highly recommend your product. Thank you again, Keith Sander

I ordered the longhorn but got the highlander by mistake so I just keep it after I did some mods to it it hold temperature good I have done 5 racks of ribs on it at time they turn out good cook faster then I thought it would the fire box will peel but I expected that

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
