Came a little late but very nice grill, this gas grill was pretty heavy and it took me a little while to put together! 6 burners and a side burner helps me make all kinds of food! Works great and is amazing!

Took a bit to put together but wasn't too tough. The 6 burner capacity is impressive and is able to cook many items simultaneously. Cleaning was easy as we brushed it while hot for easy clean up. Buns are great on top shelf while cooking meats and some veggies on the grill. We love it.

Super easy to put together and the instructions were clear (still took a couple of hours). Tested it and it works perfect. Pulled it into the driveway and made a couple of burgers.

This Charbroil Performance Series FlavorMax 6 Burner Gas Grill is so nice! It arrived all together in one box and it was eay to put together. It took some time but the instructions were easy to follow andI had help from my partner. This grill has 6 burners with a griddle and also a burner on the side for maximum cooking. I will use this all summer long! It cooks everything evenly and it makes cooking a meal. It also looks so sleek and I love the stainless steel.

The product arrived dented, and when contacting customer service multiple times, they said that they were unable to give me the part needed and will not be able to tell me when the product would be available, and to just use the product damaged. Granted, the grill was still functional, but I had to gift a damaged product. They would not work with me to help me find a replacement part, and just told me to check back in a few months. All in all, the grill works fine, but would expect better service or at least a portion refund due to having a damaged product at this price point,

Love Charbroil products however I wish they would last longer than 5/6 years before having issues & needing to start replacing parts. The product itself is very pricey and the replacements are just as high.

Our old grill was rolled to the road after years of replacing parts and keeping it serviceable. We decided to save some money by assembling it ourselves. My wife was determined to get it done in less than my estimation, of 6 hours. It took us less than 2.5 hours l, with several interruptions so I must complement the the people who: 1. Kitted the parts, they were all there and no extra to confuse us. 2. The written instructions were clear, concise and the figures helped make it easy to assemble. 3. Making the main body of the grill one unit was awesome, which was where I thought we would lose the most time so thank you. 4. And the improved design features from the last 6 burner CB grill enhanced the usability and the assembly of the unit. Yes I am a retired mechanical engineer, and I appreciate when all those things get done right. It actually made for a fun afternoon for my wife and I. She does the wrench turning these days, I just the consultant.

This grill is really nice and I enjoy my 6 burner grill. Only issue I find is that the design of the cross burners being in the front now vs my older model, that finally died, being in the back, make it harder to use the back area of the grates cause now your forearms sit directly over those cross burners and can burn you from the heat. Char-Broil, please re-think this design or find a way to cover those cross burners so that others don't get burned by them.

Step one is to attach casters. Step 2 is to attach back wheels. Problem being that the back wheels are the last to come out of the box when unpacking. Be sure to look under maiin body of grill for more parts. 2 very hard to see.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
