This cover has gone above and beyond. Being in Tucson, I keep my grill outside year round (I use it year round) and this cover has not faded and keeps my grill dry.

I have had my 800 for roughly 2 years now and I absolutely love getting out to use it. I believe the versatility is 2nd to none. You can sear, smoke, grill, griddle with ease and have full confidence in what you are pulling off the grill. A couple of my favorite cooks using the 800: breakfast, smoked trout, pork shoulder, t bone steaks, smoked pork ribs, smoked beef ribs, smash burgers, prime rib roast, and beer can chicken. I hope to use this grill for as long as I can!

I primarily smoke and occasionally bake with my Gravity Series 800. I love the convenience of setting and forgetting the temp during long smokes. I also love the flavor from charcoal and if I want extra wood smoke, it's very easy to add wood chips. Cleanup is relatively easy as well. Full disclosure, I did splurge for the stainless steel upgrades from LSS Mods online…a worthwhile upgrade. Closed door sensors wore out fairly quickly so I just disconnected they are not that essential.

Bought the 1053 years ago and it has never disappointed. Food is consistently better than any barbecue place around me. Brisket, ribs, shotgun, shells, rotisserie chicken, over the top, chili, jerky, salsa, smoked mac & cheese, etc. made over the past several years many times over. Would highly recommend to anyone. For what it is, it's a really great price point.

I have been a gas grill enthusiast for decases and bought my first smoker, a bullett smoker, about 10 years ago. I had been using both very happily, but wanted to get a new smoker as the bullett took a lot of effort to keep at temperature. No such thing as set it and forget it. I did a lot of research on pellett smokers and electric smokers, but wasn't willing to trade in the charcoal/wood capabilities of my bullett. I came across the Masterbuilt Gravity Series at a local big box store and was intrigued. Went home and started researching them and decided on the 800 series because of the larger size and the griddle.I can now tell you the 800 is my new grill and smoker. I love the ease of use, the set and forget AND the wifi capabilities, I can monitor without being home! The 4 probe access is a +++ as well. I have had no issues with mine for the 2 years I have owned it other then the occassional start up timeout error. Which usually turns out to be my fault as I didn't ensure the starter fuel stayed lit before walking away. I highly recommend the Gravity series for ALL your backyard barbecues and smoke needs! I love smoking turkey and chicken!

This is the closest thing I've found to an offset smoker level of flavor, but requires minimal supervision. Load the hopper, and you are good to leave it alone for several hours at a time. Nearly as convenient as pellet smokers but with much better flavor in the final product.

I launched a seasonings company so I needed bigger smoker for content. I named mine "Gravity Kills". It works so good and so easy to maintain. Everything I've cooked has turned out incredible

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
