Hands down the best grill I have ever owned in my entire life! My wife got me this as a gift and she has been damaged due to storms and the customer support and parts fixed her up and we're absolutely amazing!! The best tasting food ever and the most amazing grill ever! I tell everyone I know they need one!!!

This grill makes you look like a master! Incredibly easy to use. I am amazed how steady the temperature stays through the entire cooking process. On a side note: When my grill arrived we discovered it had been heavily damaged during shipping. (It wasn't apparent by the box.) Masterbuilt was so helpful during the 'rebuild', sending me replacement parts when I would discover another damaged part. Their customer service is awesome!

My wife bought this smoker about two years ago and it's still going strong. I've had gas grills and wood smokers but my Masterbuilt 800 beats them all. From grilling burgers to smoking briskets, this smoker beats them all. My chicken, pork or beef always cooks perfectly and comes out juicy. I may never go back to gas or wood smokers. Thank you Masterbuilt!!!

This grill has by far surpassed any expectations I had. I have owned an array of different grills and smokes and this has blown all of them out of the water. This grill heats to set temp astonishingly fast and holds true to the set temp! It may vary by maybe 2-3 degrees at times but compared to a pitboss or propane grill it is spot on. It smokes amazingly. I've never seen one smoke like the 1050! I HIGHLY Recommend this unit to anyone in the market for a new grill/smoker!

I use the 1050 about 3 times a week. I smoke and grill regularly. I have already replaced the fire box plates and purchased after market equipment to upgrade this grill. Cleaning is a bit of a hassle and the drip pan set up is kind of lacking. Overall, this is a great grill/smoker, I will recommend it to anyone; it has a few flaws that that stop it from being 5 star.

This cover is durable and made with material that I trust to protect smoker but it faded to a very dull gray within 2 months of having it.

I introduced myself to smoking after watching a video on the gravity series. I love smoked meats and wanted to save money on brisket and ribs... Restaurants charge for a plate, what I can pay for a whole brisket. This smoker has impressed me tremendously. I've had pellet smoked meat and wasn't a fan, I prefer a more natural smoke flavor. There has been a lot of trail and error with few errors and none that resulted in poorly cooked food. I recommend a Gravity Series to everyone that wants a smoker or is having difficulties with their current smokers.

Gone are the days when you wasted a ton of charcoal on 10 chicken breasts. I never would have thought this was possible. I paired the phone app with my 1050 and sit inside and monitor the sweet smokey feast being cooked to my down home desires. I have never done much more than burgers and brats on a gas grill, until now. Briskets, steaks, burgers, chicken, and even bacon cooked and smoked to perfection on this baby! I love this thing 2 years in now, and would gladly spend the money on another one!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
