Grill Shell was damaged in shipping. Replacement received, but then, I found that gasket parts were missing. Emailed Masterworks customer service. It has been 3 weeks and still no parts received. And thus, STILL no working grill. Terrible.....

The cover came fine. Maybe better than the last one that dry rotted and ripped after 2 years.

Temperature was off by 50+ degrees. All we did was spend a day building and setting this grill just to ruin all the food.

The rotating post and collars are poorly designed. When heated they rub causing the motor to stop rotating. This can be fixed by turning the spinning collar down to a smaller diameter.

If I could give this a half star, I would. I loved the idea and had purchased this based off of some positive reviews. It turns out it was such a waste of money. It rusted after six months, the paint chipped, the interior rotted, and I constantly had a hard time with the starter. There is a reason Masterbuilt sells so many replacement parts for this grill. I had to replace one of the starters and several other parts. Consequently, less than three years later, I am shopping for a new grill.

I get the box- unbox everything and just like a couple of people I've see in other reviews, I myself received damaged parts The door was dented in two places, and the right handle bracket was broken in two places . I pray that Masterbuilt will be as so kind as to send me these parts to make my grill look new as it should be it that I just purchased it today.

I bought this unit about 3 years ago and it works still like a champ. Haven't had to replace anything yet. I will buy another one again and again. If you like charcoal and no babysitting this is calling you name! I use mine low and slow always at 225 and always mixed my charcoal hopper with pecan wood chunks!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SMOKER! IF YOU GET A LEMON THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PIECE OF CRAP! I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE LESS THAN 1 YEAR AGO AND NOT 2 MONTHS INTO OWNERSHIP THE SENSORS WENT OUT. THEN THE ROTISSERIE ATTACHMENT BROKE. NOW THE ELECTRONICS IS NOT WORKING. CAN'T FOLLOW COOKING TIME AND TEMP ON MY CELL PHONE. PIECE OF CRAP AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THEY WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS. WHERE I PURCHASED REPLACEMENT PARTS SHOULD NOT MATTER. WHAT SHOULD MATTER IS THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS AT ALL WHEN IT WAS ONLY A MONTH OR SO OLD.

I purchased this for my husband less than a year ago and he has had nothing but problems with it. Not even 1 year old and he has already had to replace switches and the motherboard Has nothing but problems with the rotisserie feature coming apart during cooking Sensors are all over the place with the WiFi cellphone feature. It is a piece of crap. You spend this kind of $ on something you expect It to last more than a year. You try to talk to the company and get nowhere. Run from this product. We have probably only used it 10 times at the most.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
