I bought this a month ago after being on the waitlist for weeks! Best grill/smoker. I'd order a new one tomorrow if something happened to this one!

I've used this grill 5 times now and enjoy the flavor it gives my food everytime I use it. If you love smoked food and want something with depth this is a solid built unit and feels like it's built to last longer than 5 years which is when you'll have to trade in your old pellet grill If you've never used charcoal like me before this it does take a little time to get used to but once you have the start up process dialed in you're golden. I've done brisket, sausages, hamburgers, wings and ribs on the XT and I'm looking forward to getting more in depth with it soon

The unit dumps a large amount of heat when opened, as expected. The problem occurs when the lid is closed and the fan kicks back on. Huge temperature overshoot of 50 degrees or more above the setpoint. Behaves as though it just has an on/off thermostat rather than a temperature control algorithm. Takes about 15 minutes to return to the setpoint.

This grill feels very high quality. It took me a few hours to put together, but was relatively easy. Make sure you get someone to help you pick it up. So far I've smoked ribs, chuck roast, baked beans, and garlic in it and all have been delicious. I debated between the XT and the 1050 but I'm glad I got the XT. Seems to be more worry-free than other MB models.

Overall great concept and grill received my Xt with a loose contact on top hooper door. Customer service is the worst in history u can only email and they just assume they know the problem. I was sent a new sensor for all hooper doors. If there had been a phone number to call, could've made suggestions…..the pre instillation was screws not tighten … my hopper door was not tight and magnetics wasn't close enough…. Overall great grill, horrible service.

Would give it 5 stars but it was missing 3 screws for assembly and I have yet to recieve them. Emailed cuatomer service to find out they are on backorder and its been a month and no word.

I had the 1050 series and upgraded to the Xt , let me tell ya, the 1050 is fantastic, but the xt is out of this world, I gave my 1050 to a friend he is blown away by it and had a trager and not made him a masterbuilt fan, the xt with its bells an whistles they are second to none, anyone become smoking bbq legend

I've had the Gravity XT for about two months and love it! First off, the grill is huge! I could probably feed my entire neighborhood. Assembly is a bit of a task and requires two people but once it's assembled, your work is done. This grill is incredibly easy to operate, and there is so much room available for preparation with the front and side folding shelves. This grills reaches temp very fast for charcoal. Most of my cooks have been around 275-400 degrees and it takes 12-15 minutes to reach that temp. Once temp is reached it is able to consistently hold that temp for the entirety of the cook. If you love cooking with charcoal but are strapped for time, the Gravity XT is the way to go! 10/10

Sold my pellet smoker because I wasn't getting the charcoal/smoke flavor I wanted. The XT has not disappointed me. Pork, Chicken, even Pizza. The XT makes everything well and delivers a perfect smoked flavor.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
