What a great, affordable option for a stainless-steel griddle. This griddle will last a long time and won't break the bank. The burner design allows for very even heat across the cooking surface. Easy to clean and gets very hot!

This griddle is fantastic. I did however experience some warping of the griddle plate during the second heating of the unit. However, Napoleon is processing the fix for me as I write this review

Love the idea, the griddle itself warps even on the LOWEST settings. Definitely nothing to do with temp fluctuations like they will try to lead you to believe. (Cooking on my patio is south Florida during the summer)

I really wanted to love this griddle but unfortunately I barely like it. The griddle was shipped to me and was packed excellent. Napoleon did a great job of packaging in order to keep the components protected, A+ there. Assembly was very easy to follow along and the build quality overall is excellent in my opinion. No rough edges, machined very well, and the finish is very durable and attractive. The problem is the stainless griddle itself warping drastically with every use. I have followed all methods provided by Napoleon (and hours of YouTube videos) with how to preheat a certain way, seasoning, and no frozen foods etc etc etc. No success. This baby warps almost 6 cm. out of level each cook and wobbles back and forth while cooking. To be honest I don't see how you can cook anything on it unless you preheat the hamburger patty to 400 degrees prior to placing it on the stainless to prevent thermal shock. The stainless goes back to normal when cooled down (but I can't cook on a cold griddle). I attached some photos. I am giving the 2 stars because I reached out to support from Napoleon and they have never responded.

We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and are sorry to hear that your griddle hasn’t met expectations, especially after such a positive start with packaging, assembly, and build quality. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with warping during each cook, despite following all the recommended procedures. This certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Stainless steel griddles can sometimes respond to heat in unexpected ways, the level of warping you’re describing seems excessive and not in line with our quality standards. It sounds like you have looked into why stainless-steel griddles can warp and methods to avoid this happening. As we are sure you are aware, the warping is commonly happening because of rapid temperature changes called thermal shock, a warped griddle is easily fixed by reheating it to the temperature it was at before the warping happened and leaving it at this temperature for around 30 minutes. If the warping is stubborn, large pots filled with hot water placed onto the surface while heating the griddle back up to the temperature when the incident happened should set everything to rights again. We were not able to locate a case in our system under the provided email address. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
