Enjoy the sear feature and the digital thermometer. Nice storage area under the grill. Very easy to keep clean with the slide out grease trap and easy access to the flavorizer bars

I had just finished firing up burgers for my daughter's birthday party when everyone requested toasted buns. I set each burner to the same setting and covered the entire grill surface. Every bun had same char/grill marks, my old grill would have turned the back buns to croutons and left the front cold. Well done Weber crew! Quality build and crazy precise.

Got the grill fully assembled and it was delivered to my house on the 4th of July. This is my first natural gas grill and it's amazing. Like all Weber gas grills it work with on flare ups and grills to perfection.

It looks great, cooks good. It was awesome the hardware store built it and delivered it. I am worried about the quality as the ignitors didn't work the second time I used it. That's usually the first thing to go on my webers but it's never happened this fast for me.

Used for the first time yesterday for Hawaiian Chicken Breasts and also asparagus, and both turned out great. My one major complaint - assembly instructions. Was very frustrated with the drawings and lack of detailed written instructions. I had to partly disassemble the grill three times as I was putting it together because either I used the wrong part or did not install it correctly. Pictures would help out a lot. The person who wrote the assembly instructions should be demoted to janitor......

Assembly was easy enough to do alone, but Weber made it harder than necessary. There were no printed instructions in the box—only a QR code that didn't even list my model. I had to guess and pick a similar one. For a premium brand, that's disappointing and lazy. The first few grilling sessions were phenomenal. Probably the best grilling experience I've ever had. For the first half-dozen uses, the grill performed flawlessly. But then the cleanup reality hit. The bottom of the grill collects a heavy buildup of grease and debris. The burners aren't easily removable, so cleaning under and around them is difficult. On top of that, the bottom surface either has too high of a coefficient of friction or not a steep enough angle to allow grease to flow properly into the drip pan. As a result, buildup stays put and leads to flare-ups, even when keeping temperatures below 475°F. Bottom line: When it's clean, it's fantastic. But Weber needs to rethink the bottom design to make cleanup easier and prevent flare-ups over time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
