Weber Spirit SP-425 4 Burner Propane Grill - Stainless Steel - 1501056

My previous 10 year old Weber Spirit 310 (3-burner) was a far better BBQ. The old Weber maintained even temperature and was very easy to set initial temperature and return back to kitchen to continue food preparation. The new Weber Spirit EP-425 with 4 burners is very difficult to maintain low heat or high heat. Very disappointed with the build quality. New Weber Spirit is lighter in weight - less thermal mass to maintain even temperature. New Weber EP-425 digital thermometer reads 15F to 20F high constant. Temperature probe is in wrong location inside of BBQ hood.

I have only used my new grill twice, but I love it! It fires up as it's supposed to, and cooks so evenly.

We really like our Weber grill and have used it several times already. The heat is even and fast and the grill is easy to clean.

So far so good, grill did not disappoint. Steak was great and the grill looks like a good quality product. Time will tell how it holds up

This Weber grill was honestly a shock to recieve haha. My father who grills a lot put it to good use and the performance of it was excellent, he now favors it over his old grill! I think if you have the money to by a Weber Grill i definitely would think about this one or another under the brand! Definitely getting your moneys worth if you utilize a grill all the time!

Terrible instructions for assembly. Virtually worthless instructions but we attempted to associate the instruction booklet with the grill but useless. No explanation for threaded holes but no predrilled holes in the back panel for 4 screws. The warming side tray with cutting board was not available and not available for back order, but the pictures and advertisement proudly disply this feature. This was a gift and we are just a little let down and disappointed in the Weber experience so far.

The retainer from the gas tank is the dumbest design imaginable. For starters why in the world did you put it on the back side of the grill? Secondly, it doesn't do much good unless it passes through one of the holes in the tank rim, which you can't see when the tank is in place. And finally, I don't remember my old Weber alllowing the tank to swim around once it was placed in the recess. Either you've changed the sized of the hole, or my gas tanks are different than they were, and I don't think that is the case. Please improve the contrast on your printed manuals so they can be read. And fix the assembly instructions so they don't mislead people to installing the side table with the match holder don't attach it to the wrong side.

First time Weber Grill Owner......easy to install, with attachment to Propane House Supply. Cooks very evenly, especially like the Sear Zone for steaks.

This is a quality grill - I'm very pleased with the quality components, and the 10 year warranty sold me on Weber.

This is a great quality grill! I've used it several times since receiving and the performance is awesome. It heats up fast, cooks evenly and even has a unique sear zone for our steaks. The grilling surface offers tons of space as well, I was able to cook all my hot dogs at once during a recent party that I was hosting (see photos). The grill also cleaned up super fast and nicely. Overall this grill seems fantastic. The metal seems very sturdy while still leaving the overall grill light enough to be able to move around with ease, especially since it has 2 wheels. It also only took about 90 minutes to put together without any help and came with easy to follow instructions without too many parts. Super excited for all the future grilling I'll be doing!
