Whoever designed the prep cart is genius. No tools required for assembly. 15 minutes and you're up and ready to cook. The cart is so spacious, with cutting boards on each side arm, and there is a shelf underneath. After assembling, I rolled it onto the deck, plugged it in, and it was pure joy to cook on. The grill plates heat up quickly. The two grill plates make it super convenient to adjust heat as needed for each. It was also helpful to have the 2 temperature gauges. Clean up is a breeze. After years with a propane gas grill, I wasn't sure I'd like an electric grill, but I'm loving this grill.

Tytus Emberwood Pizza Oven was easy to set up its full size compact tabletop design with cordierite stone delivered the most perfect professional quality crispy wood-fired flavor pizza in less than 5 minutes. The temperature control was easy to use and the rotation of the stone plate provided an even temperature. Using a pizza peel with the stone plate made it easy and quick along with clean up. This was my first attempt and I enjoyed the overall design and professional quality the Emberwood oven had to offer.

This modular unit replaced a Weber 4 burner gas grill,a Blackstone 28 inch griddle and a Pitboss 32 inch pellet smoker. I don't miss any of them. This unit is perfect for my needs.

I am impressed with this griddle and grill. It's bigger than I expected but nice that it can be used with electric and indoors. It's bulky but not heavy. It's very nice! It's a good name brand and is highly recommended.

First, I loved the light. Worked great and added much needed light to MY Napoleon Pro 650 grill. The reason I rated it a 1 star, is because it is not water resistant, and should not be stored outside. After every use, I stored it in the cabinet under my grill, out of the elements. Well needed to use it the other night and found it was full of water in the battery compartment, then into the stalk and into the LED light head. I have only had it since Christmas 2024.

I have it put together, but was not happy with having to take the burner off to be able to use all three of the other pieces if I had known that I probably wouldn't have purchased it haven't used it yet but it's all together

The TYTUS Emberwood Pizza Oven is really nice looking. It is solid, quality material and can be easily moved to where it is needed. It is taking some trial and error to get the pizza to cook evenly. We've had the top burn and the bottom dough, the crust get stuck to the stone, and other beginner learning experiences. It would be helpful if the dial had temperatures on it. I do believe temperature control is my biggest difficulty with using the oven so far. The stone was easy to clean. The pizzas that have worked have been good, however it has been a learning process.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
