TYTUS Emberwood Electric Griddle w/ Grill and Prep Cart - TDT-CRT-EGRD

Went together easily (as advertised). I'm still trying to wrap my head around the temperature possibilities and I've yet to figure out how to ignite the side burner.

So glad i bought this. Is sturdy, well made and stays on every during major storms

I just bought it today. It took me alone 25 minutes to put together. It is replacing a 2000 Weber Genesis gold C that became unstable because a leg rusted off. I bought the griddle accessory as well. Had to buy at local retailer because they had both products in stock and combined price was a better price than on-line price even factoring my veteran status. So far, so good. It heated up to 500 degrees and the side burner started on the second attempt. It took me 25 minutes because I had to disconnect the left side platform to install the rear top panel that wasn't initially in the correct position. The included picture label overlooked the back panel installation.

It's a great grill. Easy to put together and no problems.

Grill has everything I wanted, charcoal, gas, and a pizza oven. Setup was easy, I did it solo so it took longer than the 10 mins advertised on the box. Bought the natural gas conversion kit so I'll never have to worry about a tank again. Love the purchase.

I have not received the grill cover. When will I get it? Very disappointed in this situation. I can't seem to get a delivery date.

The grill and griddle are easily assembled. They work very well also. I'm disappointed that I have yet to receive my cover yet that I paid for. It was back ordered and sounds like to me it won't be delivered to me until late July maybe. That is disappointing and that I was not told in advance that this was going to happen. I would have probably went another direction if I was told in advance of this issue.

These are some of the things i have been impressed with. The grill came in very quickly after I ordered it. The grill was packed well, and the proof was the delivery man just let it slide right or of the back of the truck, crashing to the ground. No damage! Tytus has some helpful videos that give you the basics of the assembly process. Assembly is a breeze! I was dreading assembling a new grill. When i saw how this grill is assembled, i was already about 75% sure this was the one i would buy. The user manual was good overall. The finish on the grill was intact upon arrival and looks good. Unfortunately I dropped one of the burner covers on the patio and the porcelain finish received a couple tiny chips. In testing everything, I found the grill worked just as it is supposed to. I cooked some butterflied chicken breasts on it tonight. The grill did great. I like the ease of dealing with the grease tray. Better than some grills I have seen. I love the size of this grill. It's probably 20% bigger than my last gas grill. It feels solid and has the weight you would expect from a good quality grill. All the pre-assembly seemed secure. Can't wait to grill some pork chops, burgers, kabobs, and steaks!

FANTASTIC...!!! THIS IS THE BEST GRILL I HAVE EVER, EVER, EVER PURCHASE...!!! ALWAYS BUY A GRILL AND A FEW YEARS LATER IS JUNK...!!! NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN AND TAKE CARE OF IT...!! VERY INPRESS WITH THE QUALITY AND EASY ASSAMBLY. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A PRODUCT THIS BEAUTIFUL...!!!
