Everything traeger does is on point. I've never had confidence to cook on a grill, until I tried the Traeger and it makes everything taste so much better, the clean up is simple and I don't have to be a pro to cook/grill everything to perfection. Can't recommend this enough. The whole family can use it- it's that easy!

Have had the Woodridge for a few weeks now and it's everything great you'd expect from Traeger. Love the new controls/display and app and WiFi connectivity is a breeze. Low and slow, hot 'n fast, or anything in between - that Traeger woodfired smoky goodness enhances the deliciousness of everything you throw on it.

The first impressive feature is the sure weight and sturdiness of the grill. Has many other features not found in entry level grills like the WiFire connectivity, the EZ clean Grease and Ash keg, a fully digital controller, etc. I especially loved the massive second shelf and the staging hooks to hold it when not using it. Can't wait for the neighbors to smell the smoke rolling from it.

I've been using the Woodridge for a couple months now and couldn't be happier! I love the upgrade in space from my previous model. The display is easy to use and even easier from my phone. Easy, consistent cooks and does everything you want great pellet grill to do.

The new Traeger Woodridge is just as dependable as the older models with updated features leaving you with an excellent cooking experience. With more smoke at higher temps and a all in one cleaning system it's definitely an upgrade.

I'm really impressed with the new Woodridge! The updated interface on the sleek LED is fantastic, and it seems to connect seamlessly with the Traeger. Plus, it heats up quickly, which is a huge bonus. For the price, it's definitely delivering a lot of value!

Unboxing this beast from Traeger was nothing short of exhilarating! From the moment i cracked open the box, the anticipation was palpable. The grill was securely packed, and i got through the protective wrapping, it felt like i was unveiling a hidden treasure. The Build quality was immediately apparent - the heavy duty construction, design and robust components screamed "premium". Each piece seemed meticulously crafted, and putting it together was a breeze!

What an incredible Grill! I've owned a few and I gotta say this is my favorite. Holds temp like a champ and cooks amazing. Shipping was quick and put it all together very quickly all by myself. Awesome Back Yard Smoker!

I've been using the Woodridge for about 2 months now and it's been a worthy successor to my Pro 780. The flavor is on the money, setup was a breeze (more work than the older models but apparent with the new design), and the new ash/grease system is a huge win in my opinion. I ran into a little snag with setting up the wifi, but it was my fault (I tried using 5g instead of 2.4) and customer service was quick to respond and solve the problem. I've used many offset smokers, pellet smokers, and kamados, and I've been really impressed by the quality of the food that's come off the Woodridge compared to the others mentioned. For the price point, there's really nothing that comes close to it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
