As an Ace employee, I jumped at the opportunity to buy the new Woodridge Pro. I had used Weber gas and charcoal grills for 30 years, but never really liked propane and trying to use a kettle grill to slow cook was always difficult. The assembly took a while but was well illustrated, just make sure you have sufficient space to lay out the pieces. I've made burgers, chicken, beef ribs, and finally a bone-in pork shoulder. All were delicious. My only comment is that I want more grill marks, so I'm looking at the modifire sear grate. The wireless interface works flawlessly allowing you to keep track of grill and food temperature and amount of pellets remaining. The Traeger has the convenience of propane and the ability to beautifully smoke and grill foods. I love it.

So glad I purchased this grill. i did an 8 hour cook this past weekend and it worked awesome. It kept temperature without having to babysit it. The app is so convenient. I don't even have to go outside to check on it. Best investment I've made in a long time. Thanks for being so reliable Traeger!

WOW! it is big, My first smoker, and I have had it for about four weeks and love it to pieces. I have cooked chicken, steaks, and potato. mmmmm good. My grandson was over the other day, and he has a smoker as well, he tells me he would love smoke every day. He was teasing me., he knows I am a dutch oven fan, and was saying I will be finding myself not using them much, Even though is right, dutch oven still has a place in my heart. I am finding a renewed excitement in cooking. In fact I am glecking of the thought of smoking. I would highly recommend a Traeger smoker. It is easy to assemble, and the instruction superb. Thank You Traeger teem for making a great product.

We are a Traeger family We started with the Pro 34 series and now have the Woodridge. The Woodridge is phenomenal. The cooking space is perfect, the ability to control from your phone makes this grill have so much versatility while using it. We love it so much.

I purchased one after going to a bachelor party where an instagram model/traeger user smoked for us for 2 days using this grill. After using it I can't believe I've gone this far in my life without knowing what I've been missing. Incredible grill!

We are loving it! There have been no less than 6 main dishes cooked on our new Woodridge (along with a dozen cookies!), and everything has come out fabulous! It's been fun to watch the progress on the phone and to know that it's all coming out accurately. Confidence is high!! Also, have added a few new accessories which just adds to the convenience and the fun. 😎

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
