This is the 2nd Traeger and 3rd smoker and I love this one more than either of the others.

I've had this for a few weeks now and I've been smoking up a storm. I've done a brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, spinach dip and probably more that I can't remember. This thing has all the features of the big boy Traeger's but at a much cheaper price. Everything I've made so far has turned out fantastic. The super smoke mode is great for adding a bit of extra smoke flavor for a shorter smoke. The app has been working flawlessly, unlike my last brand of smoker... Overall I would highly recommend this unit if it's in your price range.

Very happy with this grill. Very easy to use. My neighbors comment on the smells. The wife features are very handy and make it easy to use from my recliner. Set it and it lets you know when you're done

I have been using my new Woodridge for 2 weeks now, I have a Timberline 850 also. Love the controller on the Woodridge, it is a couple steps up and easy to read. The set up and Wirefire connection was a breeze and love the the fact that it monitors the pellet level and gives you the percentage full right in the app. I am going to love the easy clean up ability over the 850. Bought the woodridge pro for my husband who only cooks on charcoal. The Woodridge pro is the grill that gets used the most. Needless to say he really likes it!

I have owned this for 9 days and this is my sixth cook in 9 days. I love this thing. I also have a massive stick burner and a Pit Boss 820. All my smokers rock but this is the easiest one so far and I will use it for family meals forever. I love my stick burner, but I use it only when I'm doing a halfway decent size cook. Probably three times a month. My Pit Boss 820 AM giving to a buddy of mine.

Bought the Woodridge Pro a month and a half ago. Been cooking almost every weekend and always produces juicy meats with great smoke flavor. Love how easy it is to clean too. With the Super smoke mode, I'm getting amazing smoke rings and depth of flavor on my cooks. With wifire and the probes, I can keep track of my cooks just about anywhere and make sure I always get the temperature I'm aiming for. Can't wait to keep trying new recipes!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
