I love this smoker. This is the easiest and most sophisticated grill. Set it, and forget it. Come back when the smoker alerts you that it's done.

This is our first Traeger Grill purchase! We fired it up today and made steaks on it. The steaks turned out amazing!! We will be using it alot this summer!!

This is my first smoker of any kind. It went together easily. Great instructions and packages labeled appropriately. Connecting to wifi and the app was simple. followed to a T. I have cooked on it 3 times in over 1 week. I noticed it goes through a lot of pellets. However, this is a large cooking area, 860 sq in. It seemed to hold the heat well. I had a lot of wind one day, and that seemed to effect the temperature. So far i like what this can do. Looking forward to playing more with recipes. Very happy with this grill, especially in the price range. a nice feature is you can use 2 plug in probes and add 2 more bluetooth probes and they all connect to your app. Easy stuff.

Assembly took between hour and a half and two hours which wasn't bad. Currently seasoning and burning off the packing grease. Excited to cook with it. Delivery was easy although I wasn't notified on delivery by LTL company so it just appeared at end of my driveway one day on a pallet which coincided with 3 weeks worth of rain which was bad luck.

This is my first ever smoker, and it is incredible. I was looking for something very low maintenance as I have a young family. This grill is very easy to clean, do not have to babysit the food and I can focus my attention elsewhere. Just cooked a Turkey for Easter and turned out incredible. Entire family was impressed. I have cooked in all types of temperatures as I am in Ontario, Canada. The temperature really recovers fast and excellent value for the price.

Picked up Woodridge Pro this weekend. Assembly was straight forward with good instructions. Seasoning was a simple process. Made some simple Baby Back ribs. Compared to a charcoal smoker I used previously ribs were night and day. Great flavor and smoker performance's was exceptional. Upgrade to a pellet smoker was well worth the money.

I bought the Woodridge Pro pellet grill a little over a month ago. Overall, the grill has worked out well for me. It's easy to clean and maintain than any other grills that I have owned. The only concern I have, is that it takes about 45 minutes to preheat. I have contacted support and told me that it's normal for the newer pellet grills to take that long since they are touchscreen. Other then the time it takes to preheat the grill is great and I would highly recommend it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
