I received my thermometer and it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I own almost every ninja product available and this is the only one I think is awful. The hole that it leaves in the food is gigantic. It needs batteries more often than any other device I have ever had. The app frequently doesn't work. If you walk too far away from the probe with your phone or the base it doesn't work. Im a huge ninja fan but this product just isn't it.

Absolute worst product I've ever purchased. Connected it, went to use it and it disconnected and wouldn't connect again. The item i received never worked, made a warranty claim, was told I'd hear back, never did. Called again and the ticket # wasn't even for my product. I was then told to return it, it's been about a month sense they received It and again NO word at all so just money gone DO NOT BUY!!!!

This thermometer is very convenient, accurate and easy to use. Having the app is great, it allows me to check the temperature even when I have to step away. Overall great product.

Definitely does not work. Kept hitting temp way too quickly, despite being inserted correctly. Didn't get to use it right away after buying so now we can't return. Love our Ninja Crispi, but thermometer was a bad purchase.

I really hate this thing and am so disappointed with Ninja. All instructions are followed and it connects fine to the app but then CONTINUALLY disconnects and reconnects. It just won't stay connected. It's not out of range by a long shot. I really hate this thing and wish I had never bought it. Trying to get support or help on this website is useless.

Overall a good product. Would be better if the app allowed you to customize different notification vibrations and notification sounds. I find whatever the vibration pattern it's set to to be a bit annoying. Also, the animated ninja splash screen duration when you open the app could be shortened by half. The case should be rechargeable vs removing a battery. I've seen other apps provide a live tracker on the iphone lock screen which could also be a great addition instead of just push notifications. Also, the preset temp for 'chuck roast' is set much too high; have to use other beef presets to properly cook the chuck roast.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
