This is my 3rd Smoker and by far head and shoulder above the Oklahoma Joe and Pitboss pro series that I own. The Oklahoma joe was my 1st and is an offset smoker which is a lot of work to maintain a consistent temp, the Pitboss pro series pellet smoker 660 is great just too small to handle my small business of making smoked jerky €œShelton's Gourmet Jerky€. Was leaning towards getting the Pitboss 1200 pro series, but after careful re search and and reviews I decided on the Recteq flagship 1400 and soooooo happy I did! This smoker is a monster! Quality, ease of assembly, customer service is 10 out of 10! Well worth the price. I highly recommend purchasing a Recteq!!!!

I absolutely love my reqteq! I can't believe it took me this long to switch from a traditional smoker. I have only had mine a week and I have already smoked chicken, turkey, two hams, and ribs! They were perfectly smoked and tasted amazing!

I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. The delivery was outstanding, drive was very helpful. The smoker fired up nicely and it has done everything I hoped it would. It is extremely well built and so easy to run. Customer service has been outstanding. The rubs, and sauces have also been great. I am a pleased customer.

This is a beast! Great size upgrade from my old 700! Bigger is better and the stand works well even pulling across my yard.

I wanted a pellet smoker to use at home so I didn't have to fire up the big smokers we have on our bbq trailer. This thing is a beast. I love it. The quality of it is far superior to the others I was considering. Big hopper, lots of room and easy to use. So glad I bought it

I had a 590 previously and knew I wanted something bigger. This thing is huge! Love the extra space, especially with having the second deck to use. In addition, a special shout out to the customer service team. I had an issue with the fire going out during my first cook. Person on the phone (Dan I think) took the time to troubleshoot with me and we solved the issue related to the access plate over the auger. I'll always buy Recteq for the personal/knowledgable customer service.

Excellent smoker

I had purchased the Flagship 1100 for my bro-in-law last year for Christmas. He had a different brand on his list. But I made a command decision and chose the new Flagship 1100. It was so much more grill for the dollar. And the quality was so much better than the other big player brands in the pellet grill market. Fast forward to this year: my old €œbig name€ brand grill stopped working over the Thanksgiving weekend. And Recteq had a killer bundle sale on the Flagship XL 1400. So I pulled the trigger and bought one. The grill shipped quickly. Assembly was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The grill fired up quickly on the initial burn in - the ceramic heater is much better than the old hot rod system. And the first cook with a load of whole chicken thighs cooked perfectly and worked well for seasoning the grill chamber. I was impressed that Recteq could manage such a large chamber size with a single burn pot. 400F was no problem for this grill. It didn't even blink. If you're on the fence about buying a Recteq - or the Flagship series of grills - I will tell you without a doubt that this is the best bang for your buck in the pellet grill world: all stainless steel construction, great engineering and design, a huge hopper that will easily handle overnight cooks, and top quality support based in the USA. And I'll add... the bullhorn handles are the coolest thing ever!
