We purchased this oven and love it. We have used it quite a bit and have had people over for pizza. I am going to try to cook other things in it. We love it!

I did a TON of research when trying to decide what pizza oven I wanted to buy for my phone. I visited every BBQ store I could find, read all the online information sites and reviews, and even called Fontana and a competitor to ask further questions about the ovens. Fontana is a family run business and that is exactly what I got when I called! I believe it was the son I talked to. He spent 30 minutes answering ALL of my questions!!! He told me all of the pros/cons of his and other products, was super honest and insightful. I went with the wood burning Margherita and it has been INCREDIBLE!!!! Such a quality unit that produces amazing pizzas and was worth every penny! In fact, we recently sold our home (unfortunately the buyers requested the pizza oven as part of the deal) and one of the first things we're looking forward to buying once our new home is built is another Fontana pizza oven! They're the BEST!!!

I've had my Fontana pizza oven for two summers now and it is awesome. I can cook a 12 in pie in about 90 seconds, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great high quality product

Great experience from ordering to the first firing! Customer service was so friendly and easy to get in touch with. Delivery was super quick. The tutorials on unboxing and setup are so helpful as are the recipe videos! Looking forward to many many years of pizza and cooking in my new Fontana Forni!!

So glad I decided to upgrade my oven and get a Fontana. This oven has took pizza nights to the next level for me. Perfect size and great quality. Customer service has been exceptional as well.

The absolute BEST piece of outdoor cookery I own. Attended a demo in Covington, LA, just had to have it. A little disappointed I couldn't take the demo home with me, but mine arrived in record time. Arrived in absolute perfect condition. Heavy quality. A beautiful addition to my pool area. Fantastic cover included. Once I mastered the fire and temperature technique, and the dough making, it is always pizza time. In lieu of looking for a reason not to make pizza, I find a reason to use this oven. The oven temperature maintains for a longer period than I calculated. The aroma and flavor from the various wood types I use makes a dramatic difference. It is fun to use, clean up is simple; I use a shop vac. My guests love creating their own design and sampling each others creation. The wide, large design, makes moving your creation simple and safe. To sum up my comment, I love my purchase, and have zero regrets. The craftsmanship in the oven is well presented and obvious. I just did not realize how many of my new friends/neighbors like pizza too; you cannot hide the smell. “Hey, you doing pizza again?”

I received my Margarita today via Dayton Freight. The shipping was crazy fast, and the packaging was superb. So far my experience has been 10/10. Can't wait to fire up my oven this weekend!!

We love our Marinara Wood-Fired Oven, finding one reason or another to use it at least once a week if not more often. And that includes in good weather and bad. I saw Fontana Forni's posting on Instagram about insulation. The Fontana is in a class by itself. Our Marinara gets hotter to the touch during the day from direct sunlight than it does in the evening when it is cooking time. Check out these photos from a whopper of a winter storm we had in March of last year. Had to shovel a path to the oven, and didn't bother knocking off the snow on it - just fired it up and did cast-iron steak... at about 750 degrees Fahrenheit! The melt around the chimney wasn't much of a surprise - but the lack of melt on the oven itself was stunning. This insulation isn't just great for cooking, it's an amazing safety feature too. Yes, this is an Awsome Oven - most certainly a TOP Recommendation for anyone seeking the ultimate in wood-fire oven cooking! Cheers - Dan

After much research I settled on this product and could not be happier. This is honestly one of the most satisfying purchases I have ever made. From the beginning, outstanding customer service, then the product arrives well packaged and is so well constructed. I was surprised at how thick the steel is-it is substantial. Fired it up the first day and a few times since. It performs flawlessly. The airflow is well controlled, insulation is amazing-at 700 degrees I can lay my hand on the outside of the oven. It is beautiful, performs well and is a work of artisan craftsmanship. Thank you to Jim for your quick responses to all of my questions. This product is, hands down, worth every penny. Just a few more notes-there is more than enough room to bake casseroles, dessserts and even roast chicken. I am very pleased.
