Small footprint, noise level is acceptable, rapid ice production. Difficult to set up wifi so as to receive software updates-excellent tech support resolved the problem.

Wife had been wanting one of these for quite a while. I spoil her when i can so i decided to bite the bullet and get her one this year and what a cream of the crop. This has the best ice i have ever had. An abolute great choice. I knew that the cost didn't matter when it comes to getting what you want and not have to worry about getting a different one later, cause this is it. we even went ahead and got the filter and side water containter and are very pleased with our choice. My wife loves it and so does my entire family my sons wife even ask to take some home when they stop by... Great !

This makes great soft ice similar to SONIC or Chick-fil-A. Ice production seems to be quick, and can supply the constant use from a family of 4 (NOTE: we did get the side tank). I only have two cons for this machine. The first is that without the side tank, refilling the water is not convenient at all, and you have to remove the ice drawer to fill it up. With the side tank it negates this as you can just fill that tank up and it is very easy to do. The second con is that you can get moisture built up on the bottom of the drawer that will drip when opened causing a puddle in front of the machine. Overall, it is great ice and it works well with the side tank. I would easily make this purchase again.

I haven't even had it 1 year and it's already stopped working. It has been replaced and hoping it won't have the same issues.

We loved the profile so much when we 1st bought one Nov. 2021. In fall of 2023 it started squeaking when the gears would turn to dump ice. We cleaned it out well but the inside components were rusted, so we bought a new one early Dec 2023. It's the 1st of Jan 2024 & the thing is already squeaking again. Not even a full month of use & it seems to be braking down. We are looking up the GE warranty to see if we can get a replacement. But over all I don't think we would recommend this product any more as the cost to life time use just isn't worth much. If the product lived longer it would have a 5 star rating because we do love the ice that it makes.

We absolutely love this machine! I wish I would have purchased this one a long time ago instead of going through 2 Newair brands that both failed in less than a year! I should have known to stick with GE. Always a brand you can trust!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
