I recently purchased the Napoli. I got my first dedicated pizza oven 10 years ago. This is my third, first was a rotating stone Blackstone and then the Pizza Party Bollore. I ordered my Napoli with the Saputo floor, same as my Bollore. Both ovens are approximately the same size. The build quality of the Napoli is much better than the Bollore, with lots of stainless steel and much better insulated, much heavier and should last longer. The Napoli also has a built in sparker which is a nice safety feature. I singed my face and chest when it blew up on me lighting the Bollore. Overall the Napoli is a beautiful oven, well make and performs well. Does it make a better pizza then the Bollore, well no, they both cook well and can churn out great pizzas, depending on your skill level. I also like the dual fuel because LP gas is so easy, quicker and a snap to regulate the temps. The Napoli can easily reach 1000f which is more than enough, actually a little too much heat. All you need to do is dial down the gas control. Ideally, you need about 900f + to cook with the Saputo floor, just stay with it because its going to be done in less than 90 seconds. I have a California Pizza Stone 1" 14x18 that I insert for NY style or slower bakes which allows me to cook at lower temps. You can't do that with the Saputo, the bottom will not be done and the top will burn The oven also comes with the regular stones but its too much of hassle to switch out the floor so i just insert the stone. I had considered the Fontana and the Alfa,. I choose the Fontana primarily because of the Saputo floor. Once you start making Neapolitan pizzas you need those high temps and that is why I have a pizza oven. I have only done a half a dozen bakes so far. Next I am going to try breads, meats. etc.
800 degrees with a 60 second pizza cook and the bottoms of our pizzas are perfectly cooked. Well worth the price.

I recently purchased this oven. First Pete was very patient answering all of my questions prior to purchase. He helped me tremendously to include when the oven shipped. Upon arrival the the stove was packed on a crate and had zero issues. Assembly went smoothly with just my wife and I. The oven is heavy duty and very well made. I have had two cooks so far. First one was 6 pizzas and the second was making baguettes. I would most definitely recommend this oven for anyone who is serious about cooking and wants a great looking oven.
Wood started and burned very well. Was easy to use

Amazing pizza oven and what a bunch of professionals
Our pizza oven was delivered with a blemish to the roof. We asked for some paint to fix the blemished area and Fontana suggested sending a new roof instead. They assessed the picture we sent and that was their recommendation. Very helpful and willing to do what is best!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
