Fontana Forni offers a (2) two year warranty against manufacturer defect on the oven and a (4) year warranty on the dome of the cooking chamber. Labor not included.

Our pizza oven was delivered with a blemish to the roof. We asked for some paint to fix the blemished area and Fontana suggested sending a new roof instead. They assessed the picture we sent and that was their recommendation. Very helpful and willing to do what is best!!

I LOVE this oven. Its far more versatile than one can imagine. The set up was EASY. It looks amazing and my first night i made steaks and veggies. Get it. Spend the money on quality. You will not regret it

Fontana makes a well-built oven and is durable. My pizzas are always a big hit and I attribute it all to my oven. Just like all cooking tools - you have to know how to regulate the heat and it will take several try's - but we'll worth the journey.

Assembly is not easy as shipper will only drop off crate with oven at the curb to your house. Once assembled i needed a plumber to install the NG hookup. After that it was all smooth sailings and we are baking great pizza in the oven!

I love my Fontana oven. It works so well for all uses. Just learning the fine art of pizza making and this oven makes it so much easier. The Saputo stones are very forgiving and have saved many of my pizzas from being burned. We like to make our appetizers in the oven while the stones warm up. Using a cast iron pan, we cook Italian sausages, bake bread, we even bake cookies! Whenever we entertain guests, the pizzas are always a big hit. Even when we have a bigger group of friends over, I can cook pizzas in 2 minutes, so nobody has to wait long for their food. It's fun and the pizzas are always great.

I'm not much of a chef but I simply love this gas countertop pizza oven and definitely enhances my family's pizza night. Also, ridiculously easy to clean. What a dream pizza oven!

We absolutely love making homemade pizza with our new pizza oven grill. It turns out really well even that reminds us of Italy while we eating pizza! We highly recommend it! Bravo!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
