TYTUS Fresno Series 5-Burner Propane Island Grill in Stainless Steel + Ash Stone - TDT-021-0704

My kids bought me the Fresno as a gift because a I did nothing but complain about my Kenmore and Webber grills. Easy install, easy to clean, great accessories. I have used it three times now. PERFECT grilling every time. No hots spots, just perfect even heat. The burner knobs actually work and you can adjust through the whole temp. range. Not like my others consisting of Afterburner or Simmer. Plenty of space for grilling. As my kids say OMG! I love it! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new grill.

Bought this from BBQ GUYS Excellent Choice, However I have the 6 burners ... Inferred side burner, inferred back burner for rotisserie foods... All black onyx.... Works well

6 burner grill is EXCELLENT.... Will update this item when I finish my outdoor Kitchen... Took my and my friend 15 minutes to put together....

Not happy with your company. Spoke with your rep when grill was first purchased. Explained that the far right burner never ignited correctly like the other three. All the rep did was blame me for not having it hooked up right possible gas line issue on my end etc…recently contacted rep about a new problem with the paint, on interior side lid, with the paint coming off and he told me that the grill's had very "heavy use" and very little cleaning done. Why can't stand behind your company? It's not user error, it's flawed grill. You absolutely have wrong person in your customer service. He's taking it very personal and blaming it on the customer for just trying to use the grill. Aren't you supposed to use a grill? And if I cleaned the grill to your standards the paint wouldn't flake off? The grill was not inexpensive and really wanted it to last more than the short time I've had it.

I am in love with our new TYTUS Fresno Series grill! My husband put it together, so I can't speak to that. But it is a beast! Lights with ease, even in the recent cold snap. And heats in no time flat. The side areas provide extra space, and the cooler came in handy for a recent patio party. I am a very satisfied customer.

Received our grill a couple of weeks ago. Overall, it looks great. The photos online don't do it justice. The quality feels solid. I've used it a couple times it works very well so far, leaves great grill marks, great control of temperature, including the side burner - used the side burner to heat oil and fry some meatballs and was pleased with temp range. The flame tamers slope downward (front to back) which I questioned when installing if it was intentional and different than any other grill I've had. Setup was fairly easy with no tools but far longer than "5 minutes". Will update as time goes on!

At first, I loved this grill. It has a very nice look and seemed fine but after only 3 weeks of very light use the far-right burner will not turn at all, it is frozen in place and refuses to turn. The far-left burner will only turn and light with extreme force. I can't turn it at all myself, but my 40-year-old son is barely able to turn it and get the left burner to light. So, I'm stuck with a grill with only two usable burners. Also, I bought the rotisserie kit for this grill and if the kit is attached, it sticks out so far on both sides that you cannot open the side burner or the ice bucket. Even if you get the rotisserie on, the lid to the grill is so narrow that I could not even put a small chicken on the skewer without the lid touching the chicken. Very poor design. I'd return it if I had kept the boxes, but I didn't. I was very excited about this grill initially, but so very disappointed now,

We've had the grill for a little over a month now and we've been pleased with the overall quality. We wanted something that would look a little nicer than the typical grill and we got that with this one. We aren't pro grillers by any stretch so but this has been able to handle everything we've wanted of it so far from burgers to steaks, chicken, hot dogs, etc. The front does seem to be a bit cooler than the back of the grill but overall cooking on this has been great. The side burner does get quite hot even on the lowest setting so that's something to watch out for. It's a bit difficult to use it to simmer something. Fully and properly assembled the grill is nice and sturdy and one thing I saw mentioned was that there were no bolts to secure the bottom of the side cabinets to the center but that's something that our grill did have so it's nice to see them listening to feedback as well. The thing we ran into was the pre-assembly of the grill wasn't the best, some screws were missing and or loose in the box an some parts weren't properly assembled so while the general assembly was easy, correcting the prebuilt issues was still time consuming. That said we were missing some screws so I reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful. I sent in photos and videos of my issues and they not only responded by sending us the missing hardware but offered some free accessories to boot so now we also have a griddle, smoker box and rotisserie. Any brand can have production issues and having worked for a small company making appliances I understand it can be challenging. The most important thing is how they respond to issues and TYTUS was top notch in making things right and going above and beyond. That's how you build loyalty right there.

Have had the grill for a couple months now. I have never had a grill so easy to put together. Theres alot of space to grill everything I want. Customer service is outstanding had issues with my dials at no fault of theirs but they sent me new ones at no charge. They respond in a timely manor as well. I would recommend this grill to anyone who wants a large nice looking grill with a company that stands behind their product
