This grill has the best warranty there is. Great customer service with no hassle.Had mine for 7 years now.Had a burner rust through. Sent pictures upon their request. They replaced everything that looked overly worn. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I really cant believe the negative reviews on this grill. We purchased ours summer of 2020 and it has been rock solid since day 1. The grill takes longer than my previous Weber to heat up, but thats not a big deal. The back is warmer than the front. once you learn this not a big deal. My Weber was always hotter in the front. I don't cover the grill at all except from December through February. The only thign that has failed is the light which was easily replaceable from Amazon. We use this grill 2-4 times a week for abour 9-10 months a year. I think the build quality is outstanding.

The directions to put it together was terrible. And the the plastic adhesive paper was IMPOSSIBLE to remove. And we haven't gotten to using it yet. A bit nervous on the quality. A waste of money.

I bought the Grill, power burner, and griddle for my outdoor kitchen. I LOVE this grill - by far the best I've ever had! This grill has kept up with parties of 25 plus, and family meals three days a week. It cooks consistently across the entire surface, and you can shut down zones for smaller meals and cooking with indirect heat. The grates are super durable and easy to clean. The built in lights provide enough lighting for cooking at night, and the illumination is pretty cool. Love my grill...

This grill is great for the first year...minus the rubber bands around the front knobs - 4 out of the 6 failed and fell off (to BBQ Guys credit, they did ship me new ones at no cost). After the first winter though, the 'stainless' flame burners started to burn really hot towards the back of the grill and very cool towards the front. I did a complete clean of all the gas ports along the burners and still had a similar issue. Year two, the stainless flame tamers and interior of the grill resembles the parts of a 10 year old grill. I'm not sure if the stainless steel is bad quality, or the design is bad - but whichever it is, it's pretty frustrating. Also, one side of one of the burners won't light unless I 'blow' to get a flame over to that side of the burner. Mind you - I clean the grill religiously after each cook and do a thorough spring cleaning each year. And this grill stays under a covered porch, year round and is covered with a Blaze grill cover after each cook - so it never sees the weather. I've owned Napoleon, Weber and Lynx in the past - I can honestly say, for the money I spent on this Blaze, I'd go back to Weber and save some, or spend a little more and move up to Lynx. Really disappointed.

Owned one (without lights) for several years. Immediately noticed two things. The left side of the grill was NEVER reaching same temperatures as the rest of it. The very first burner on the right was taking time to lit up practically since day one. Also, one of the burners would just shut down on the "low" setting. With time, one learns how to navigate those obstacles. However, at this price range, one should NOT go through such learning process. If you plan to buy Blaze, please think before you do and maybe look for alternatives.

I've had this grill for 3 years. No problems whatsoever! I live in a very humid environment which is why I wanted a heavy grade grill with lots of stainless. This has endured a lot. I'm replacing my cover now after 3 years - it's endured a lot! lol Other than that, great experience.

I bought this grill, along with a Blaze refrigerator, drawer set and access door, last fall as part of an outdoor kitchen we were having built. It was professionally installed toward the beginning of this year by a licensed plumber and company that installs this type of grill full time in outdoor kitchens. It has never worked correctly. The second time we used it, the control knobs got so hot that they burned my hand and melted the wiring for the lights and other electronic components. I called the installer who came out and inspected and said he'd never had this issue, but they went ahead and installed more venting, despite the fact that the venting he had installed was what they always do. They then contacted Blaze/BBQGuys to get replacement parts. When the parts arrived, the installer took it apart and found that more parts were damaged than originally noticed, including some that can't even be replaced, as they don't have part numbers. Blaze/BBQGuys has then blamed the problem due to it being operated in windy conditions, which is not the case, as I have not operated it in windy conditions. The manual does say not to operate in windy conditions but gives no definition as to what "windy" means. They continue to slow-play a solution/replacement, looking for other things to blame the issue on, so I have been left without a grill throughout most of this summer. Each time my installer contacts BBQGuys (since Blaze won't allow you to contact them directly), it is a 3-5 business day delay before a response is received. They continue to not even appear to read the emails, as they request the same information over and over and don't answer the questions that are asked. I should've kept my old Char-Broil grill, as at least I could always use it. For a company that spends so much effort advertising a lifetime warranty, they sure have a poor way of supporting it. I will never buy another Blaze grill and am considering looking into legal action as well.
Questions & Answers
Hi Joe. The Blaze LTE only needs electricity for the lights.
Asked by Joe | Answered by WesleyHi Mike. The hood from handle to countertop will measure around 24 inches.
Asked by Mike | Answered by WesleyThey are separate, but often it can be included in a package deal. These grills are legit and we've installed them for likely 25 customers.
Asked by Robert | Answered by stevenYou need to buy it separately. make certain it is the length that fits the grill you buy
Asked by Robert | Answered by jamesgracerHi Robert. The rotisserie kit is sold separately for the Blaze LTE grills.
Asked by Robert | Answered by WesleyHi Vin. This is fairly common with all built in grills. To help reduce the issue, we suggest keeping the grill covered when not in use, especially during rain.
Asked by Vin | Answered by WesleyHi Rob. This grill doesn't include a griddle out of the box, but you can browse our selection of gas grill griddle accessories here: https://bit.ly/3MC9CgO
Asked by Rob | Answered by RyanHi Scott, insulated jackets are required if you are building in to a combustible material such as wood or bamboo. If you're using noncombustible materials, you should be fine to install this without the jacket.
Asked by scott | Answered by Hunter, BBQGuys ExpertHi Deight, as long as you clean the smoker box and grill properly you should not have any issues with the unwanted added flavors.

Asked by Nate | Answered by TiffanyHi Trent! The lights and rotisserie both require electricity. Two separate plugs but you can use an outdoor rated extension cord with care if needed. See the manual for more detailed information: https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Blaze-LTE2-User-Manual-04-2019.pdf?_ga=2.240617347.1026367983.1593434077-249970402.1587136285&_gac=1.56885848.1592337609.CjwKCAjw26H3BRB2EiwAy32zhQ0VCLFECUT4bmr61VeMO-4o6MX2duPjs7f1VQI09XutXinNQnOPkhoCuHcQAvD_BwE
Asked by Trent | Answered by TiffanyHi Paul. It is not hardwired as shipped. You would just need a 120V outlet. Use of an extension cord is fine as long as it is grounded, suitable for outdoor use, kept away from heat sources and not a tripping hazard. See manual for full details. Hope this helps!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
