Well I got the 7 function 700 series grill 2 years ago. I travel between TX and MD. So I bought one for MD. MY wife fell in love with it. Well she purchased the XL we use it for everything we can my My Traeger sits end of the yard for big items. We gave one to our daughter and she gave us the Ninja Wood Fire Oven. Love that makes great pizza!!!!!!! We have some wild recipes and cook a lot. Grad these 2 before they are gone!!!! Wish they would make the top element removeable to clean

This is my second ninja Woodfire Grill, I have the original and then I purchased the OG 900 series. I had an issue with the pellets catching on fire and burning like a campfire instead of smoldering they replaced my unit but my new one wants to do the same thing. They told me that this is my old unit original one never did that. It causes the pellets to turn black and burn down quicker.

I bought this a couple months ago and hate it. burns everything. WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED TO INTERNET. And it is very close to router and my apple pro 14

Just got this with the full kit, stand etc. Been smoking 25 years, charcoal, pellets, you name it. Got this after a recommendation from a friend. I read all the reviews...good and bad. First cook was pork belly burnt ends. Heard complaints about Ninja's pellets, lack of adequate smoke infusion, etc. All false. This gadget exceeded my expectations...3 hours at 250 and I got the same result as my traditional smoker with 5 hours at 225, with one smoke load. I can't speak to what folks are doing (or not doing) to get the right result, but this baby did the job. Not easily impressed but we'll done, Ninja. One request- make a full-size one of these similar to a 3 or 4 burner grill. I'd pay the difference and I know many others would as well.

This is the greatest grill ever, I didn't know food could taste this good cooking at home. I love my grill and I would be shocked if you didn't love it too. It is an everything cooker and worth every dollar.

We absolutely love our new Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect...it works like a charm. Tons of online videos and recipes from other Ninja lovers makes cooking easy. The unit is built well, sturdy, thoughtful, well-engineered, great cooking surface...cleans up beautifully. So far, the best cook we've done is cold smoked gouda cheese. The smoked turkey breast was a close second...drool. HOWEVER, if you have an issue with the unit, app, or need Customer Service for any reason...good luck to you. They are terrible. The initial call is fine, but when "escalated to the blah blah blah team"....you will never hear back. Never. They don't call you, they don't email you....oh wait, they will email you and restate your issue but offer no advice on how to fix the problem which will only frustrate you further. Then you will call again, and again be "escalated" and again be ignored. So...with that said, I hope you buy the unit but NEVER need help with it. Good luck and Happy Smoking!

This grill is amazing! I had been wanting a smoker but didn't need a large one. I had watched the infomercial several times but wasn't sure it would live up to the promises. I am so happy to report it has exceeded my expectations. It is a great smoker, infusing great smoke flavor in a short amount of time - who would have thought you could do smoked ribs in about 2 hours and have such delicious ribs? I've smoked a brisket, tri-tip, steaks and a couple of whole chickens and was not disappointed with any of them and received huge compliments. All were very flavorful and moist. The dual thermometers were perfect when grilling and smoking different types and thickness steaks. But, it gets even better! This is an excellent air fryer and oven. I packed it up for a recent camping trip and used it exclusively for grilling, air frying and baking and it worked like a charm. When baking and air frying you need to adjust the time and/or temperature and watch closely. The corn bread probably needed to bake at a lower temperature than what was on the directions. I know with experience I'll get that down. I loved how versatile my Ninja Woodfire Grill was when camping that I bought a second one, a little smaller, to keep in my RV! I've decided I'll get rid of the grill in the RV and go with just a Ninja since it can do it all. And, I'll be able to ditch the air fryer that is taking up precious storage space. When camping in 100 degree weather the last thing I can do is heat up the interior using a convection oven or air fryer. Now with two Ninja Woodfire Smoker Grills I'll have be able to smoke, grill, bake and dehydrate food at home and when away from home. If you've been on the fence about whether to buy this grill, take the leap and buy this 7 in one smoker, grill, oven, I don't think you'll have a single regret.

it's such a heavy duty product and at the same time compact. which is necessary in my small space. I love the app connect ability and how user friendly it is. as a beginner it is very approachable for me and i've been living using it

This thing is INCREDIBLE! It has soooo many features and works fantastically. It runs entirely on electricity and has app control. It is a nice size and is perfect for backyards and smaller balconies. I love the ability to smoke food then seamlessly switch to an air fryer. Let's just say I am going to have to buy another one for my dad who is jealous of this!
