Purchased in May 2024, Initially worked great. 8 months later, pellets won't stay lit. I tried 4 different pellet brands including ninja's. I tried drying them out by dehydrating. I also store them in air tight zip lock bag with large silica gel packets. I just smoke a pork butt yesterday and had to baby sit the cook just to hit the reignite button every 20 minutes. I've been on hold now for 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for support. So much for 3yr-VIP Warranty...

Only have had one month, but had to try. Best home bar b q I've had. I saw this grill and had to have it. I love bar b q, but can't do it, and here we are. Again I depended on ninja.

We cook every dinner on this we love it. We make cornbread, even bake cookies. Our TriTips our amazing, our cooking will never be the same again. Easy to clean and it's so much fun deciding what we are cooking next on the grill. We love this Grill!!

Love this thing. I cooked bacon in it, steaks, chicken kabobs, beyond burgers.. You can leave the lid up to cook food as well as down. I haven't used the smoker yet. It preheats when you turn it on. It gives you a message when you need to flip it. It's great. I didn't buy the table made specifically for it. I wasn't sure why the ninja table has a hole. So I bought me a heat protectant mat for the metal bbq table I use. Clean up is easy even after cooking bacon in it. I let it cool down and then take a soft wet sponge with mild soap and wipe down the inside of the lid. The cooking plates I take inside to hand wash. Drip tray just dump out the cooled drippings and hand wash. I live in AZ and bought this in the summer time. I store my grill in my shed with the cover on and it does just fine in there. I figured if it can cook at high heat it should be able to handle our 116 degree summers.

This take backyard grilling to a whole new level. I've smoked ribs and tritio...to die for. The air fryer does a great job making crispy fries and chicken thighs. The griddle makes one feel like a short order cook...eggs, bacon, pancakes, and hashbrowns cooked perfectly.

I was excited to Bar-B-Q at our apartment again with the Outdoor XL. Food tasted great, however I had to have Ninja replace to grill grate due to the non-stick coating failing. This happened within approximately 60 days from purchase. The replacement grill grate has also started to have food stick to it. Contacted customer service again and was informed that a Mild Dish Soap and a 3-M non-scratch cleaning pad may be too harsh. for cleaning. I don't want to have to purchase a new grill grate on a regular basis and will plan on purchasing different electric B-B-Q in the near future.

If you love ribs (like me), this smoker is awesome. I've never cooked ribs before, but I love good, tender pork baby back ribs. I bought this outdoor grill/smoker specifically to cook ribs. O.M.G!! They turned out great. If you don't know how to cook ribs, Google Heath Riles Apple Pie Ribs. These turned out absolutely great on this little smoker. I could not be happier. And my grandkids (who only eat mac and cheese) asked for seconds; what more could you ask? The smoke aroma and taste are out-of-this-world. And clean up is so easy. You need this smoker.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
