I received my Ninja Woodfire Grill a couple of weeks ago. I put it to the test right away by grilling a full rack of Babyback Ribs while a group of friends were watching. The results were simply amazing. Followed the instructions on the Quick Start Guide and 45 minutes later we were enjoying the ribs. The compliments from my guests were really rewarding. Just yesterday I tried the Guide's recipe for smoked chicken wings and the results up were incredible. I already recommended the grill to several of my friends as a wonderful Father's Day present. Thank you Ninja for such an excellent product v

Received the Pro Outdoor Grill & Smoker as a gift and it does not disappoint. Used it just once so far, made a dry-rubbed pork tenderloin and fries, all cooked at the same time using the 1/2 size crisper basket side by side with the pork. Amazing amount of smoke from this little smoke box and terrific flavor, I doubt anyone could tell that it was cooked on an electric grill. Results were far far superior to the unit I had from another well-known manufacturer, who has not yet figured out a way to provide smoke flavor for those of us who are limited to electric grills due to HOA restrictions. Can't wait to cook on it again, think I'll do steak next :-) Very easy clean-up also. Every Ninja product I own is fantastic, so I'm impressed but not at all surprised- Ninja is a class act - go buy this!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have used it several times now. Just like the rest of my Ninja products, it didn't disappoint. Great food in way less time. I bought this for the RV but will use it at the house too. It's light so I can cart it back and forth.

The day I received this, I was headed out camping. I opened the box at the river, and cooked a brownie, then a GF brownie, then a pork loin, 2 lbs of bacon, and baby back ribs, all in 3 days. EVERYTHING was perfect, and I had never smoked anything in my life. I am excited to receive the griddle tomorrow. I plan on smoking a ham, and then using the griddle to make grilled cheese with ham. I have had some issues with how to actually use the smoker feature ( turn it on ), the directions are a little vague.

We bought this to use in our RV. Have tried a few times at home since we haven't camped yet. Not big on smoked foods, but love the woodfire option. Baked brownies - great!

So munc more versatile that a Blackstone griddle and I don't need to carry around propane. We travel full time in our RV and this NWG allows us to cook grill, bake, air fry smoke and more with very little setup and cleanup is a sinch. We got the optional cover and thermometer and keep it set up outdoors.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
