The Medallion Series Vista Outdoor Kitchen is an amazingly high quality and comprehensive outdoor cooking solution that is frankly the vert best grill that I have experienced, but also does so very much more. I used to grill twice per week at least, but changed my eating habits to be pescatarian (fish as my primary protein source), so grilling slowly stopped being the normal routine. I am so happy to say that I am back in the routine because the dual cooking options afforded by Charbroil's Vista Outdoor Kitchen meet my seafood needs via the griddle surface and the rest of my family's unchanged love for good grill and barbecue on the grate surface. The cooking experience is extraordinary - the griddle is a very thick and provides an even cook in its entire surface area and the porcelain coated grates on the grill side are easy to clean and prevent food from sticking while Charbroil's Amplifire system prevents flareups and ensures consistent cooks at any location on the grill. A multitude of accessories are included - a pizza stone, turners, cleaners, and bins to stow waste or your things in the cabinet below and cubby on the right side. There is a LOT of storage. The stainless finish is easy to clean and looks terrific, especially when enhanced by turning on the knob LED accent lights. Packaging was exceptionally well done with all pieces protected and arriving 100% undamaged. Assembly was simple and took less than an hour. This item is a kitchen and not just a grill - and the dual cooking surfaces, each with their own counter space to their opposite sides, really lends to tandem cooking and me teaching and transferring my grilling traditions to my kids. In short order we have made pizza (which is amazing), eggs on the griddle with sausage on the grill, steaks, burgers, and so much more with plans to expand our scope each time. I expected a high quality grill, but I feel like I got so much more and it truly is a pleasure to use the Medallion Series Vista Outdoor Kitchen each and every time. I cannot recommend it enough!

Building an outdoor kitchen is very expensive, so Ive been looking for a grill that will allow me to do it all. THIS IS IT! Whether its steaks, eggs, pizza or burgers, this grill will cook them all to perfection. It so nice to have the griddle and grill built in, plus it comes with its own pizza stone. Also the amplifire cooking method seems to work really well, because I haven't had a single flare up. Highly recommend this to someone who wants the outdoor kitchen capability without the outdoor kitchen cost.

I needed something I could cook my steak and eggs in one spot for breakfast. The Vista kitchen provided the best option for me. It cooks my steaks juicy because of the Amplifire cooking system. I can also cook a 15" pizza on the pizza stone witch is provided. This is a heavy duty well build grill and griddle. It also has plenty of storage and tow hooks. It looks good and cooks even better.
