LOVE this grill! The combination grill and griddle is wonderful. They both offer high, even heat for cooking. I have cooked a couple of pizzas on the pizza stone. Works great! LOVE all the storage too.

The Grill was sent in poor condition. Several parts damaged. Customer service tried to tell me that they don't replace cosmetic damage. I tried to tell them to just pick this garbage grill up and refund my money, as it had come already damaged and it wasn't my fault nor the shipping company. She then tried to tell me that I would have to pay to ship it back and a restocking fee. This is crazy! It takes a lot of nerve to tell someone that, when it was sent damaged. They eventually agreed to send me the damaged parts. I got the replacement parts and one door was worse than the original and one shelf was missing. Now they won't answer my emails. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. Poor quality and customer service. Plus there are these stickers that ruin the stainless steel cooking tops. There is no need to put these stickers on. They will not come off and leave a square stain in the stainless steel after hours of trying to remove.

THE VISTA OUTDOOR KITCHEN IS THE PERFECT SET UP - THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD MAKE IT BETTER IS IF IT HAD A SIDE BURNER - ALSO, IT SHOULD COME WITH ENOUGH UTINSIL HOLDERS TO FILL ALL 7 SPOTS, NOT JUST 2. - IT HAS GREAT ACCESSORIES

I bought this for my husband who wanted a flat top to make breakfast items and pizza. I know he would only use that occasionally so didn't want to invest in just a black stone. Saw this combo and this really has everything he needs and more. I recommend it for the look of it and all it can do!

I love this grill/griddle combonation. For me and my wife it's the ideal size. I've made a couple of pizzas on it. It works excellent for that. The only pitfalls is that you can't do a beer, canned chicken or rotisserie any meats. However, you certainly could spatchcock a chicken. It is truly an outdoor kitchen. This summer, we will be using it in place of our oven so as not to heat up the house.

After getting it together, the ignitor did not work. Had to call after the weekend and they sent me a new one out. Hope that installation is easy.

The logo was installed upside down at the factory and when I was told to pull the screws to reattach it, the plastic washers broke. The door holding the garbage can would not stay closed or affixed to the magnet - they are sending a replacement door. We will see how it cooks, but so far, less than impressed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
