Grill works great. Burgers and veg on one side, brats on the other. Only problem is they plaster all of the peel away sticker branding. It comes off in pieces, and in some case not at all. Not something you want all over your new grill :/

I haven't had a chance to fully set this up yet, since it's winter in the Midwest, so I'll speak to what I can so far. The shipping was great, it was packaged well and comes on a pallet due to the large size. It's very heavy (200+lbs), which is a testament to the quality of the brand.

We just love our new outdoor kitchen! It was delivered several weeks ago – in a huge box on a pallet, over 200 pounds – and it's still winter here so we've been waiting for some warmer weather to try it out, and tonight we did! The outdoor kitchen came very well packaged, the parts all fit well and were well designed, with easy-to-read assembly instructions and detailed product guide. It took my husband and son several hours to unwrap all the parts (there are over 200 parts and hardware!), assemble and clean up. They assembled it inside due to our weather, and it didn't fit through our patio door, so they had to disassemble and reassemble it some to get it outside, so consider the dimensions (it's pretty wide) if assembling inside. Being on wheels (with two that can lock) make it easier to move. We grilled T bone steaks tonight which were absolutely delicious! They grilled fast and even and were so juicy, with no grease flare-ups. The grill surface is a bit smaller than our old grill but still plenty of room. We haven't used the griddle or tried the pizza stone yet but are anxious to experiment with those as we didn't have those features with our old grill. The outdoor kitchen has a lot of extra features – storage bins, garbage can, bottle opener… and is very attractive, stylish, modern. I do wish Charbroil made a cover for this model although I did find a generic one online that fits pretty good.

This new Medallion Series Outdoor Kitchen from Charbroil is hands down the best grill I've ever owned. In fact, to call it a grill may be an insult cause this thing has more gadgets than a Swiss Army knife. First, we love the traditional grill aspect of the unit. Even with only two dedicated burners on this side, our steaks grilled up perfectly. Next, I did not know how much I needed the flattop griddle. Wow, this has taken my grilling game to a whole new level. My first go was fried rice and vegetables and they cooked perfectly with minimal heat. Finally, the storage is truly unmatched. I can confidently and easily store my grill tools and seasonings with room to spare. Overall, my experience with this product has been truly exceptional from the assembly process to the first steaks that hit the iron. We have loved every about this product and I, personally, can't imagine how I got by without it. Looking forward a summer of flavor with this bad boy!

My old grill was falling apart so I decided to upgrade to this full outdoor kitchen. I really appreciate having the extra cooking surface. Everything feels like it's well thought out and in the right place, from the workspace areas at the side, the side slot for utensils and gloves, even down to the bottle opener! It has so much built-in storage, with easily removable buckets, so you move stuff inside and out with ease. At first, it looked a little daunting to put together, but the instructions are pretty clear, and I was able to do it by myself in about three hours. There were a couple of gotchas along the way - mostly due to me not paying attention. There are two types of wheels for the bottom, fixed and swiveling, which wasn't immediately obvious and some of the diagrams show them in the wrong positions. Also, the kitchen has 5 AA batteries with it - four to power the lighting, and one for the igniter. I missed the last one, and was confused for a couple of minutes about why I was getting no ignition. Anyway, the completed unit fits together well and feels very solid. Overall, it's a good unit. It would have been nice to have some temperature control, so you can set it to heat to and maintain a temperature, but I guess part of the fun of grilling outdoors is watching the thermometer like a hawk.

This grill is a joy to cook on. Since we set it up, we've cooked on it every single day. It is super easy to use and with all the features it has, it really is more like an outdoor kitchen than an ordinary grill. This is a large grill so make sure you have enough space for it. It includes lots of storage space for grilling tools, spices, a trash can and more which is super handy when your grill isn't super close to your indoor kitchen. Half of the grill surface is a griddle, while the other half is a grill grate so you can cook all kinds of different things. I'm especially excited about the ability to use this as a pizza oven with the included pizza stone. It ignites quickly and has wheels so you can roll it around to wherever you need it. And the look of this outdoor kitchen is beautiful and modern. It does take a couple of hours to put together straight out of the box but the instructions are clear and one person could easily put this together on their own. Overall, we are super thrilled with this outdoor kitchen and are looking forward to cooking many meals on it in the coming months.

Ok, I admit. I am a die hard charcoal afficionado. When I saw that this gas grill had a flattop griddle, I was intrigued. Man, this this rocks! I made flawless 2" thick filets, I made Chicken Marsala, I even grilled pound cake for dessert. This system works like a charm. I feel like it is more of an outdoor kitchen than anything else I have ever used. Nice job!

This is the mother of all grills. We have been wanting to get a new grill and have been intrigued by the griddle options available but we were also hesitant to not have a grill at all. This was the best solution possible! The box that it shipped in was huge and daunting but everything was packaged amazing well. One thing I would recommend is laying everything out before assembling so you need a decent size area to work with. We assembled ours in our garage. Build time was 2.5 hours for one person and structurally this is the most solid grill I've ever built. Everything tightened perfectly. Once it was built there is plenty of storage for anything you need to store inside. It has a huge pizza stone That is stored on the door. Plenty of shelf space, a garbage can to store inside, along with grill and griddle accessories. Having the capability to cook whatever your heart desires whether it is steaks or eggs and pancakes makes this the most versatile piece of kitchen equipment we own. I cannot wait to spend the spring summer and fall using this. While this is a large grill it still manages to be sleek and organized!

I love to cook on this outdoor kitchen! The grill side has just the right amount of space to grill up a couple of steaks and the griddle side can handle the veggies. There is so much storage space on this outdoor kitchen. The right side of the kitchen opens up to a set of shelves and the door has space for all of your spices. There is also 2 small plastic bins to use for other items you would need. There is a waste basket in the front behind the door and a place to put a pizza stone. It comes with a pizza stone that you can use to cook pizzas on the grill side. We have replaced our grill and griddle for just this one that does both freeing up much needed space on our deck.
