No problems assembling and it looks great......except the marketing stickers on the grill lids. These discolored one stainless lid and left a heavy residue on the other. I am actually a little embarrassed to show this to my neighbors as the appearance looks very below average due to this. The stickers were completely unnecessary. Disappointed.

We absolutely love it!! Everything we make on either surface is amazing! Very pleased and would recommend this grill/griddle combo and we did quite a bit of shopping around. Was shipped on a pallet and very quickly. Just a few more details on the assembly instructions would've been really nice and less stickers. I used a hair dryer to get them off but unfortunately got a few scratches on the grill side lid due to getting the sticker started to peel it off.

I just came here to say that I read the reviews about the huge stickers and almost didn't buy this grill for that reason. We pulled the stickers off and there was an extremely obvious mark left. We hit it with some WD40 and a tiny bit of elbow grease, and it was gone in almost no time.

I was notified by Charbel that the unit had been delivered to my house but later found out that the unit was delivered to another location in another state. Obviously an issue with shipping and transport. I have been trying to get resolution with Char broil for over three weeks without an answer. they refused to send a unit to my home while they researched the location of the lost unit, and they refused to provide a refund. Had to seek Refund from my bank in order to rectify situation. Sorry I already owned one of these and was wanting to give another one to my son for Christmas but completely disappointed the unit never arrived. Hopefully someone else will have better luck.

We used the new Medallion for the 1st time a few days ago. We had family over for the occasion. The burgers were awesome and my husband was able to toast the buns while the burgers were cooking so there was no waiting for everything to be done at the same time. I purchased this for his birthday and he immediately assembled it. He said he really likes cooking on it. And I'm more than happy he does. Thanks!

Grill went together fairly easy. Last sticker didn't peel off to good and left residue on the top of the grill part. First time grilling realized that the grill thermometer didn't work. Grill doors underneath and to the right don't line up.

This grill is well designed, relatively easy to assemble and worth the investment. But I have one complaint. The grill comes with two huge stickers on top of the grill hoods. It took me well over an hour to rub them off and clean off the glue. Very frustrating. Now there are two obvious squares left where they were, that I can't make go away. They are unnecessary. We already know the grill's great features. That's why we bought it! Please lose the stickers.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
