As good as the last summit I purchased 20 years ago. Hoping the support for this grill is as good as the support for my previous grill.

I have a 10+ year old Summit that I probably cook on at least 3x/week. I have never used rotisserie feature but it's there if I need it. The 10 year warranty is great. Weber has replaced my hood due to corrosion and Aldo burners. Just sent me parts and I installed. Running on propane. I use the side burner to deep fry and to also cook bacon so it doesn't stink up the house. Love Weber and wouldn't buy any other brand. You get what you pay for!

I used my Weber FS38 S Gas Grill to cook ribeyes on Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that there was no "new grill learning curve". I was able to adjust the gas output on the 5 burners to hit 425 and maintain that temperature while I cooked the different cuts to the perfect internal temperature. The grill heated up quickly, especially for it's size.

The grill heats up real quick. I like the large grilling area. I haven't tried the broiler and rotisserie yet.

I retired my first Summit after 14 years even though it was still going. I like my new Summit even better since it's bigger and has more features.

Excellent grill. I replaced my 20 year old Summit with the FS38S and while the old grill had a total of 9 burners, the new grill has great new features like built in rotisserie, top sear burner and lighting.

Overpriced, brand new and broken, customer service is non existent, circular system of phone calls and e-mails that resolve nothing. Wish I could return and get a refund

Nice grill if you need use all of the space,but a waste of gas for anything less than a crowd. If your just cooking for two to four people it's overkill. The overhead searing station is great and the lighting is definitely handy at night. For the record it replaced a fourteen year old Genesis that was well loved and very used.

The many options to grill/cook meat, fish, chicken e.g. makes this grill the perfect for year round cooking. Well build with high quality & temp control has improved vs my previously purchased Summit grill. Would recommend the Summit gas grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
