Nice grill but still uneven cooking. The wind blows the flame out which is pretty annoying when you check your progress and the food is still raw. I also bought the Weber Grill cover and noticed that when I take it off after it's rained, the grill is soaked wet.
Great! Love the stainless steel. Only change I would suggest is to make the grease trap a larger size since it has 4 burners! Apparently it utilizes the same grease trap tray as the 2 and 3 burner brands. A very large brisket that will fit on the 4 burner will render a great amount of grease.
Great grill after 30 years with my first Genesis. The only issue I have is the cabinet design. Two long support braces from top rear to bottom front inside the cabinet reduces storage to minimal use. No Shelves
Just got my new S-415 today and disappointed to see there is no gas meter! I have had my last Weber genesis for 16 years and loved that feature. I made a poor assumption this would be on an upgraded, newer model.

Congratulations on your new grill! Your feedback is important to us. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the grill. Our newer Genesis models have a tank hook but not a tank scale. Please look for an outreach email from our Care Team soon to follow up with you on this matter. Thank you!
Had my new grill for about a 2 weeks now and it is by far the best grill I ever owned! I highly suggest getting the griddle attachement as well. In addition, Weber customer service was outstanding. I even through a twist in there and they handled it seamlessly!
I've been a Weber propane grill fan for years - this is my 4th one. I grill something almost daily. I'm really enjoying my new S-415. The new burner design (compared to my old one) is fabulous. The grill heats evenly, is easy to use, fits my cooking style, and is well made (as I expect from Weber). I've only two comments: (1) The propane tank is in a difficult position to install and remove, and I was disappointed that there is no "spring-loaded" tank fill indicator. This requires trying to lift the tank (very awkward) to get a feel for remaining fuel. I've not yet found a reliable screw-on tank gauge, although I've tried many. (2) The tolerance on the four stainless steel cooking grates is "off" on my particular grill. They slide back and forth on the grill when I clean them before cooking. When I push three to one side, and the fourth the other way, the gap is about 3/8", causing the grates the rattle back and forth while cleaning, and sometimes when cooking. Otherwise - all is good!
Love the BBQ but after only 3 months it's starting to rust badly and it's covered by roof and cover my last Weber lasted 10 years with minimal rust

Just got it put together; haven't used it yet; where do I find a users' guide to using the grill?
Fairly new & I haven't used it a ton, but very happy with it overall. Four burners give plenty of heat & even cooking. One concern/complaint - the metal sides and back don't go all the way up to the shelves and the grill itself. There is a significant opening or gap. I left it uncovered (bc it was too hot) and we had a blowing rain and the inside compartment got pretty wet. There's also a bit of a gap in the front under the knobs, but that's a lot less open.
We've owned Weber grills for over 25 years. I just replaced a 300 series Weber grill with a 400 series. The 300 series I gave to my neighbor because it still had plenty of life left to it. Any issues I've had with the grill over the years I would reach out to Weber who would immediately respond. It's had a terrific warranty and Weber stood behind its product. I registered my new 400 series grill and look forward to many more years grilling with the new one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
