This grill is perfect for us - spacious grilling space, easy to clean, and without additional items we did not need. Highly recommend.

I purchased this grill from a big box store. The first two grills did not work! The third grill dies snd ut is pretty good. I wish that I had gotten the step up version with a side burner and searing unit, but the store did not show it offer a step up. For what I paid I'm "pretty" happy but not thrilled. I would have paid more. Should have done more looking. The grill is solid and seeks like it cooks well.

This grill is everything it says it is and exactly what I wanted. Easy to assemble, especially with the videos. Looks great. Has a large cooking area that is very consistent in temperature. The enclosed storage area below is a nice feature too.

Quality workmanship on this product. My last Weber grill lasted over 20 years. Compared to competitors grills, can definitely see the materials and workmanship is much better.

My last Weber grill lasted 12 years with heavy seasonal use. The new grill has eliminated all the problems I had with the previous one. It was almost as if someone gave Weber my complaint list and their engineers made the effort to eliminate all of them.

Good grill but with minor flaws. One pin that holds the cover on constantly slides in and out. Not sure why they feel the need to put stickers on everything. The one huge sticker on the side tray left it discolored. I contacted and asked for a replacement without a sticker and the lady was extremely rude and said no.

Only one burner lights with the electric ignition. You have to wait for the gas from the other burners to fill the cavity and then the other burners catch. This can take several minutes if it's windy outside.

The grill has 4 burners. Sadly only 3 light when using the igniter..still waiting, it's been over a month, and Weber has not sent the new igniter as promised

Great grill! The only grill I've ever owned where the heat was uniformly distributed. The flavors perform a dual function: helping maintain the flavor of the meat, but also shielding the burners itself from food drippings that eventually would eat a way at the metal. The grates clean extremely easily, and the grill itself is extremely attractive The locking wheels work perfectly, and the entire unit is a solid, well made, piece of equipment. The storage space underneath is great giving you space not only for the propane tank, but for whatever tools you may like. The little hooks on the sides to hold utensils while cooking are also a nice touch.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
