I own 4 weber grills both charcole and gas. My most recent is the S-415. It was very impressive how well it went together, every part fit perfectly and was well engineered. I've now cooked several meals on it and it performs very well. With this model there is plenty of room to move the meat away from the hot burners when necessary. This is a big grill! I look forward to many years of great use (one of my weber gas grills is 20 years old and still works great). I would recommend this grill. Weber makes a wonderful product and backs it up with good customer service years later. Great company.

This is my first time purchasing a Weber. It's sturdy, keeps temperature consistent, well made and love the large cooking surface.

This is a typical Weber built gril. Unfortunately it does not have the spring loaded propane tank indicator. It is also very difficult to hang the tank on the provided hook. Note that this grill has stainless cook racks versus grates. A bit of a surprise.

I had this grill for less than a month and it's already showing signs of rust. I have been going back and forth with "customer service" who have been sending me around in circles. I finally decided to call and it's been the same thing. Look elsewhere. Doesn't seem like it's actually stainless steal if it rusts so quickly.

I purchased this grill to replace a 15 year old Weber Genesis because I needed something larger. Immediately upon delivery I noticed the quality of this grill. It felt cheaply made. The materials used, compared to the previous grill, this one seemed flimsy and unsturdy. My last grill sat out in the yard amidst the Arizona elements and held up structurally. It lasted through Arizona summers and strong monsoons. This tank of a unit never moved an inch and always worked well for me. Alas, since I had already parted ways with it, I kept the new one. Afterall, it was a Weber. I trusted the name and figured I would be ok. I was able to use the grill twice before a gust of wind blew and knocked it over. As I feared, the poor quality of this unit succumbed to Mother Nature within 2 weeks. The damage received rendered it useless. I cannot speak to the longevity of this unit because it was trash after just two uses. I would caution any buyer upgrading from an old Weber to do your research. Don't rely on the name alone. See the product in person and judge for yourself before you throw money down the drain.

This is my 6th weber grill. I find this one to be cheaper than the others. The dials are plastic feeling. And the grill came with stainless steel grates which are really not good to grill on. I had to purchase the cast iron grates as a replacement.

This Weber Kicks you know what!! Heats up Fast and Grills excellent and I like the 4 burners control zones and the stainless steel grids sear great! Weber worth the bucks and beats all.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
