Grill cooks good burners are made better then older models, grill can removed from stand to take camping, grates are made very thick and stay warm, grease shelf and pan keep grease from dripping on the ground or patio. Side shelfs are a little flimsy plastic and bend easy.

Excellent product, plenty of power (BTU) for camping and, when you remove the grills for transport, the unit becomes very light.

great device, and like all weber prducts, built to last. sadly, the grill does not fit on older weber grill carts and it seems almost impossible to buy the premium cart separately. calls to customer service involve long waits for an agent-they are always surprised to learn that the card is not available. they promise to get back to me, but after a month of repeated tries, i have given up, mounted the grill on some bricks and proceeded from there. very disappointing outcome.

Perfect for the price point, I have done Steaks, Rib (low and slow). Same cooking charateristic of the regular Q. Love the taller lid.

Great bbq I use it as a 2nd bbq if I wish to cook a few things But it has a large surface area that we have cooked 8 large burgers

I haven't gad a chance to use this grill yet but its built solid. Very little assembly from box. This BBQ is also very slick looking. Heavy duty cast iron cooking grates.

I only use Weber grills and smokers. Quality is top notch and they work. The reason for upgrading to the 2800Q was for improved cooking options such as searing meat. The improvements over the Q1200 are nice and obviously Weber did their homework. The only negative has nothing to do with how the grill functions. It's about the height of the grill, I have not been able to find a plastic tote it will fit in and allow the tote's lid to work. The grill's lid sticks above the height of the bin. I'm an RV'r and being able to store gear in stackable bins is very important.

Great grill and stand. I had a Que 2200 but wanted the extra burner that the 2800 has. I have a Genesis 435 but this has become my primary grill. The only thing I didn't realize that well the 2200 worked with a single small LP cylinder, the 2800 requires a dedicated 20 lb cylinder and does not have the portability the 2200 has.

Love, love, love this Weber gas grill. It is the high quality you would expect from Weber as well as the high heat needed to sear beef as well as the ability to grill 'low and slow'. I decided I wouldn't purchase an inferior gas grill that has to have parts replaced and rusting out in a year and paid the extra $$$ for a quality Weber grill that will survive the long haul and be a workhorse. I also love that it's portable and great for camping or tailgating! And LOOK at it! It's a functional piece of ART, the BEST kind!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
