This is a nice size grill for our household. Easy to use. The materials are nice and everything is smooth. Especially love the pull out tray in the front for easy cleaning of grease pan.

I've had Qs before and gave our last one to friends when we couldn't have gas. Now we're back and love the bigger Q with the plus feature. Great for grilling pizza in the Palm Springs desert summer.

Bought a month or so ago with stand. Stand was a little confusing for the average person to assemble. I like the grill for its quality and cook ability. I am, however disappointed in the temperature range. It does a great job with even heat distribution on the plates and is large enough for roasting,etc.. The problem is, however, at the lowest setting it maintains a temperature of 350 degrees. This makes it impossible to use the "low and slow" method of cooking items such as ribs, pulled pork, etc., which is something I so frequently! At this price, I find this to be a problem. I am a 25yr experienced kitchen mgr! Also, the rotisserie add-on is far too expensive for the limited use it would get! If it weren't so cumbersome to prepare for returning for refund, I would probably do so.

The grill works very well. It's very powerful and the heat is evenly distributed. Unfortunately it shipped to me without the grill grate in the box. The issue was resolved easily enough. That little hiccough is the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. The grill itself is a joy to use.

Upgraded from a Q1200. There are just two of us but the extra size is very useful. The electric starter is much better than the push button on the 1200. We've never had any issues with Weber products. Highly recommend Q2800.

This is not our first Weber grill. Our previous one is still going strong. We needed a grill just a bit bigger, thought we wanted griddle, turns out, we didn't haha. This is perfect! We did get the griddle accessory, just in case.

We absolutely love our new grill. It's convenient and just the right size for us. Burgers and steaks turn out great on this grill. The new front loading grease tray is a great new feature as well. Awesome job Weber!!!

I had a 2 burner Weber Spirit that I finally replaced after 15 years with a new Q2800N. I love the Q better than my Spirit! I bought the half griddle along with it and it is definitely a game changer. Just last night we grilled fillets and sautéed onions and mushrooms on the griddle and it turned out delicious! It also is easier to clean! My personal 2 downfalls:1. It doesn't come with a gas tank gauge like the Spirit did, but I was able to attach one and, 2. Weber grill covers have really become cheaply made since I bought my Spirit! All in all, it's an excellent grill and highly recommend!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
