I had a Weber Q grill for about 17 years and I loved it. Then one day I left it on to burn off the residue from cooking for about an hour. When I went to shut it down it had over-heated and melted the connection to the frame. It was toast. Literally. So I went online and ordered a replacement. The newer models looked different from my older one, but it appeared the Q 2800N was the closest in size to what I wanted. So that's what I ordered. It came very well packaged, with directions that were easy to follow. This new grill was indeed the same size as the one I was replacing and it fit on my old stand and I was able to use my old cover as well. It's a nice upgrade with an extra burner and the grease tray is now at the front which is easier to access. It also has a thermometer, which my old one didn't. I grilled some burgers on and I found the thermometer and extra burner to be very useful. Glad I bought it.

This Weber Q2800N+ is awesome and it cooks great! Definitely would buy a weber grill again

This is by far my favorite grill. I love the size and how quickly it heats up. The second burner in the middle works well to distribute the heat. Food cooks quickly and clean up is easy.

I LOVE my grill!! My Nana & Papa had one & when they passed away, I got theirs. I would still be using it but unfortunately it got broken by a car running into it & breaking the legs I wanted to repair it but buying new parts was about as expensive as ordering a new one. :( So, I bought another one because I enjoyed the other one so much! I am a Weber grill girl for sure!!

Good , complete bbqing. Does take awhile to heatup before food is placed on grates. When open lid to check, loses heat fast but recovers in minute or so. Have not tried clean up but awkward that I need to use special grill brush to avoid scraping off porcelein enamel. No info in instructions to this issue. Many calls to Weber support to get clarity. Cant keep side attached side tables attached due to Weber cover I use wont fit. Have to remove them to allow cover to fit. Taking awhile to understand the + burner and how to use it when main burner knob is engaged for 2 main burners.Now using a 2800 1/2 griddle. There's no way to limit burners to grate part of cooking surface.when griddle not in use.

Burner barely lights and sometimes not at all. Have tried many different propane sources. So frustrating to have meat on the grill and not even be able to get over 200°

Works really great. Could use a manual for how the burners work with each other and independently. I owned a Baby-Q before, I like the extra food cooking area on the new grill over the Baby-Q cooking area.

Great grill with space big enough for a rib roast. We upgraded from the smaller WeberQ and needed space enough to cook for a crowd at a tailgate. Great heat and retention

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
