Had the first Samsung T.V 50 inch that is very heavy and this one is lighter and easy to move and install love the picture and sound the extra items that the new t.v. have now like Apps , Bluetooth, ect is wonder don't have to use my phone to stream. I can now stream on my new t.v.

Needing a new television, I opted for the Samsung Crystal UHD model because I'd seen it on display. The brightness of the screen and picture quality are amazing. Movies, and regular television programs are extraordinarily sharp, color saturation and tones are on point, and the clarity of sound is great. The body of the Crystal UHD is slim and aligns perfectly with my tv stand. The tv legs were inserted easily and I was able to move the tv around and place it on my stand. The remote was easy to navigate and help me register the tv without issue. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend this model.

The tv has a great picture, the only thing is the internet processor seems a bit slow and it takes a little bit to connect to the internet

Excellent picture and quality. I use this primarily for movies, sports, and tv so cannot speak to gaming aspects. Truly an incredible picture. I initially ordered the 77, then opted for the 65 due to dimensions of wall I was mounting to. In hindsight I wish I had stuck with the 77, but literally no issues with size and quality of the 65. Phenomenal purchase and love the option of financing!

The TV is great overall. Picture is fantastic! I am knocking it one star because with a soundbar connected (a Bose one in my case) the volume numbers do not appear on the screen. Since the Bose does not have a volume display either there is no telling what volume you're at other than by ear which is not great at night while kids are in bed.

This tv is quite incredible. I was able to find it at a very good price and the quality is impressive. Neo qled is a really cool newer technology that has manybupsides vs Oled. And i love having free samsung TV installed and easily available, with it and my streaming services, i do not need to pay for cable/satalite.

I received 2 broken TVs. The first TV I ordered was delivered with broken screen. They made me order another TV as a replacement, I had to pay for it again. The replacement TV I received was also broken. In 2 weeks I received 2 broken TV. The customer service is awful, they are just fooling their customers. Wish there was negative rating option. Worst experience ever. This is coming from a customer who has Samsung products in every corner of the house.

I bought this TV a month back, Samsung sent me a broken TV. They made me place another order to get a replacememt TV and made me pay for it again. I received the replacemnet TV which was also broken. What are the odds that both are TVs are broken. Something is fundamentally wrong with the process Samsung is delivering TVs.

The Samsung Q series is amazing! Everything I own is Samsung, as they are work horses, excellent quality, with all the bells & whistles. We have (2) QLED TV's, 80" and 65". The 80" is the newest and the picture quality is amazing, very clear, and almost looks 3D at times. We also have a Samsung soundbar that links up perfectly. In addition, I love the ability to download several apps, and enjoy casting from my phone music, etc to the TV. Love the ambiance mode too. User friendly and high quality at a great price point.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
