Been great until last night. 3rd time using it and it struggled to get to temp. Outside air temp was low 60's so doubtful that has that much of a negative effect on reaching temp. Went through standard, instruction prescribed, startup and preheat. Pellets are brand new too (came in with grill). Read online to throw them out and try buying new pellets. Kind of sucks seeing as I just spent this volume of money to have a function traeger and then I have to spend more on bad product they potentially send... Nice grill, but honestly not sure I made the right choice with this sort of thing after just receiving it. Left storage door also drops off. Might have to replace hinges too.

1: I purchased this grill online and received it two days ago; unfortunately, it arrived with two dents. Despite this, the grill's quality is exceptional. I contacted Traeger yesterday, and they have agreed to replace it. Having owned numerous grills from various brands, including gas grills and offset smokers, I have never encountered such a well-made product. 2: The customer service I received was outstanding. If a ten-star rating were possible, I would give it to them; their phone manner made me feel like a valued member of their team. 3: I have extensively researched Traeger for the past three years. My wife is a veteran, and Traeger's demonstrated commitment to military personnel and first responders resonates deeply with me. Coupled with their excellent customer service, this makes Traeger a company worthy of support. I highly recommend purchasing a Traeger grill and supporting this outstanding American business.

This is by far the best smoker. A little pricey but worth every penny. First cook a full packet brisket followed up with baby back ribs then a pulled pork butt. All very good!!

This grill is unreliable and not easy to clean. The warranty is 10 years but nothing works as promised and Traeger refuses to replace it after multiple issues. DO NOT waster your money buy another brand like Rec Tec.

What I really appreciate about this grill is that everything is high quality. No cheap plastic anywhere or places where corners were cut. EVERYTHING is solid. I also love that the grill can get over 500 degrees, which allows me to get rid of my gas grill completely and use this for grilling and smoking. I've been very happy with the grill so far.

Seriously spend almost 5000 on a grill with accessories and had to call twice for missing parts, all screws and the power cord. The second time I asked for a bag pellets fir our inconvenience and "they don't do that". Would not have asked if I could have used grill but 3 weeks of delay due to missing parts is ridiculous

I received my Timberline XL as a gift and took about a week to learn how smart this pellet grill really is! But knowing is believing! I live in Alaska and even at 15F the smoker performs great, yes it does take some more time to get up to temperature. We shall see ol "smokes-a-lot" does at -30F. I have smoked evething from cheese to chicken, French bread, beef tenderloin and every time the Timberline has out dun it's self! Great grill!! Thanks, Traeger team

We've had this grill for about 2 weeks now, and we've used it almost every day. We love the food that we've grilled/smoked. Sometimes the wifi features are a little frustrating, but the quality of the cook is amazing with this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
