Received the grill today. The delivery driver brought it to the top of my driveway and it appeared in perfect condition. I opened the entire packaging and payed all parts out on the copious cardboard from the packaging. I found the assembly instructions and began. There are 3 tools required and they are provided. There is even a half decent ratcheting box wrench provided. Be sure to take everything out of it prior to laying it on its back to attach the wheels. I was able to do this solo but a second person would make this task much easier. I took my time and went through each step. After about an hour and a half it was together. This grill is beautiful and a beast! Very excited to fire it up this weekend.

I thought I upgraded from a Timberline to the TImberline XL. If I could give the XL 0 stars and get to write a review I would. It is impossible to keep clean. It cannot keep a constant temperature. I have no idea how many meals I have ruined because it ran away to over 500 degrees and burned EVERYTHING. Too much money for an inferior product

The worst grill ever. There are too many problems too list but the most frustrating would be the constant high temperature errors. Any time I set the grill to 500 degrees it finds a way to over heat and shuts down. But the strangest thing ever is when I was cooking a brisket, I had it on for 10 hours at 200 super smoke. Took it off and wrapped it and put back on at 250. 15 minutes after that I get a high temperature error and turns out the grill is on fire. And yes I cleaned my grill after every cook. I bought a pit boss instead and have had 0 issues. Don't make an expensive mistake!

This grill is amazing. Lots of room to cook for large parties, yet can be fired up for a small food item. The digital connection allows me to stay connected to the probes along with temperature readings and timers. Expensive, but worth it if you enjoy feeding crowds.

I would definitely rate a 5, however the Wifi connection is sketchy at best. I have created a guest network rolling only 2.4, added a Wifi booster, and it still goes offline while smoking. Other than that I absolutely love the Timberline XL!

I have been cooking on Traegers for over 10 years so when this one came out, I knew I had to have it! The Timberline XL is a beast within itself. The temperature control is amazing and I can't rave enough about how it just smokes different! It's really easy to capture amazing flavors! I love the fact that it has the MEATER probes connected and it's all connected to the app. It was extremely well packaged, and my kids loved that the box turned into a house for them. It's 100% worth the money and I would buy it again and again I would suggest this grill to anyone!

Top notch. The grill is excellent right down to the packaging and the tools they give you to assemble in the instructions. Built very good. Upon opening the grill I realized the box doubled as a playhouse for my 4 grandkids. They love it. Made the best burgers I have ever had in my life. Can't wait to try more foods.

Does not ignite except in rare unpredictable circumstances. Once it lights, it shuts-off randomly and will not re-ignite. You can reset, use new pellets, pray... it will NOT re-start. Meat on the grill? Too bad.

The grill does a nice job but the wireless temp probes need help. Mine hasn't worked since I've had the grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
